I would try to hunt down the 2ed "Planes of Law" supplement. Granted, thanks to the PDF removal debacle it is somewhat hard to find, but you should be able to grab it from amazon or ebay.
Written by (among others) Colin McComb and Wolf Baur, it is THE book on lawful planar stuff. :)

Thanks for the tips!
i'll have to see if i can hunt down a copy of the planes of law somewhere.
I had a friend who would talk about how he wished there was more chaos/law stuff published, but it wasn't until i rolled this guy and got several weeks into the current campaign i realized how much i agreed with him.
Im somewhat surprised no other company has tried to make one since it seems a void that isn't covered by WotC or other big name that i am aware of, but i suppose it is somewhat of a small market for it.

While the Planes of Law / Plane of Chaos are great box set in their own, there is few info for players wanting to play a lawful/chaotic character outside the 2E AD&D Panescape setting.
See it as a (good) expansion on the lawful part of the Manual of the plane. Unlike you're looking to play a Modron or looking to familiarize yourself with the corresponding lawful planes, there is very few character-related stuff in there. Remember that in 2e, the DM is the one buying the books...
Otherwise, there are very few books (if any) written about Law vs Chaos, partially because it is not a very well define concept. Remember how WotC iconic wizard is chaotic because she is "devoted to her art" and how WotC iconic monk is lawful because she is "follows her discipline" or something like that.
For everything I list as being Lawful, you could counter-argument as being chaotic and you'd probably be just as right.
I'm afraid that the best advice I can give you is to sit with your group, define what "lawful" means and design your own "Book of Lawful Commitment". Whatever you'll come-up with is likely to be just as good and just as valid as anything that was published, if not better since it will be tailored for you (by you). Have fun!

Book of Law? No. Cause I ate them all! Hahahaha. Take that, order boy.
And of course, there's no Book of Chaos, either, because Chaos is what you want it to be, and if you're not creative enough to decide for yourself what you want it to be, you'll get a visit by our Naunets who will teach you chaos (read: They'll eat you or something like that. You never know. They might bake you bread. Bread of DOOM!)
