Question on APL & Tiers

I've got my first scenario. Looking through, I see tiers for APL 1-2, 3-4 & 6-7.

What do you do if the APL is 5?

The players decide if they want to play the subtier 3-4 (for less wealth, but also at less risk) or subtier 6-7 (for greater rewards but with higher risk). ALP 3 parties would have the same choice for scenarios in Tier 1-5.

You choose from Tier 3-4 and Tier 6-7.

Pretty much as in Living Greyhawk you chose between APL 4 and APL 6.
