Since October is looking like a pretty big order, can we get a little notice before it starts the shipping process. Not mad or anything just a weeks notice will allow me to get ready for the debit.

Our standard operating procedure is to give 2-5 business day's notice (generally with a weekend thrown in) between the initial authorization and the shipment and charge. As far as giving advance notice beyond that, at this point I can only say that I will see what I can do. Going outside of, or beyond, our automated procedures has a tendency (in general) to introduce avenues for delays and errors to creep into the process, and this can be bad.

However, this is a good idea and we are definitely looking to providing subscribers with a warning before the initial authorization. This warning, however, will most likely not occur much more than the day before the initial authorization, as we want to minimize any and all delays before shipping.

As always, you can get a pretty good idea of your next shipment on your My Subscriptions page. As we get closer to the time of shipment, this page will become less of an estimate and more accurate.
