Dark Sun and Golarion (Akiton)

I was reading the Akiton description and the thought popped into my head...he this could be a dark sun location, if one were so inclined.

Dark Sun does have the dying world vibe of Barsoom. If you use boxed texts though, just remember the sun is still main sequence and normal size, not a red giant. Since Akiton is farther from it than Golarion, it would appear somewhat smaller than the size of a human thumbnail, as that's about normal size for the sun from earth.

The other difference is that most of the psionic action is assumed to be on Castrovel, the green planet.
