Good morning, everyone.

Sorry to hear about how life in general is going for you, Flash. Sorry to hear about the Bestiary, David.

Lynora, have you determined if your house is wasp-free?

Well, we know one got into the house. The others apparently succumbed to the smoke. But we never found the one that got away. So we'll just hope it found its way outside :/

I think that a +5 axiomatic evil outsider bane heavy crossbow uld be a geat weapon for hunting slaad, or post monsers.

Scarab Sages

I once had wasps making a nest behind a broken and hanging piece of siding. Bought this spray that shot like 20 feet, stood back, and hosed the little bastards down.

I hate those things.

I hope so, too.

Have you had a chance to look at my character for the Nightwatch game? I hope he'll be OK for the game.

I think the post monster is more difficult to bring down than the Tarrasque.

Post Monster, meet Sphere of Anihalation.

Yep, I did. Late last night and then promptly forgot to post. he looks fine to me. Just a note, the only place in Sorryn that you'll find a temple of Desna is in Chance itself. Though there are some in Valyn. Just a little geographical detail for you :)

The post monster is one of those things that, like Ozzy, Keith Richards, and the cockroach, has the ability to survive a nuclear war.

OK. I'll update his background to take that into account.

Which is a good thing, because I misplaced a nuclear strike to take care of Tarren Dei's zombie problem. :S

I figured someone here would.

Is anybody able to help with the above question this morning?

Oops. I hate when that happens. It's all good though, I think Tarren is starting to enjoy the horde's company.

Are you sure that's a movie? It sounds like an episode of the Twilight Zone to me...

You and Aberzombie sadden me. NCIS is only a TV series. V is a phenomenon that has returned to TV after WAY TOO LONG!

Yes, but I know I'll enjoy NCIS. Wereas V just might be good, or it might be more of modern Hollywoods PC crap.

Exactly! I'd have rather they do something like - the Galaticans create a city called Atlantis.

I know, I watched the entire V miniseries set yesterday on Syfy. really like NCIS though. I would be more inclined to watch V if they had stuck to making it a miniseries, like they originally were going to. V the Series was utter crap back in the 80's.

Hollywood's PC crap? Lots of things wrong with that statement, but the entire premise of V was certainly not PC...I don't see how it could be made PC at all.

Glen Larson wanted to do a spinoff of BSG back in the 80's here Caine and the Pegasu discovered Earth and salvaged an ancient Battlestar that had brought the 13th Tribe to the planet. The name of the ancient Battlestar was going to be Atlantis.

I've willfully forgotten the end of the series

Oh my god...GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!! That is freaky as hell- I was JUST TALKING about this yesterday with a born again BG fan at my friends house. On this we completely agree. I honestly thought they were going to do something like this until I saw what was essentially cro-magnon man walking around.

If anyone could find a way to make it PC, Hollywood can. Still, my hopes after seeing the trailer are actually high.

Holy shit. You just took me for a trip on the way back machine.

I remember SEEING bits and pieces of that manga scanned WAY back in the 90's when I first got online with AOL. At the time I thought it was just another doujinshi, but I later found out that it was something authentic, but I never got actual proof until this statement. Thanks man, one for the proof, and two for making me feel OLD! ;-)
