really really really bad day
Funny thing is I was having a great day with the family up until then.
How much do you weigh, Flash? Maybe we can take up a collection and get you FedEx'ed Stateside?
I weigh 100kg, give or take 5kg. Too expensive to have me shipped I'm afraid.
I hope tomorrow won't be too bad at work for you.
Oh I know it will be bad. The crap new girl hasn't turned up for any of her rostered shifts this week and she is supposedly rostered on tomorrow over the lunch rush. So once more it will only be 2 people on. It will probably be the same tomorrow as well, but I'm not on until late for stocktake (although that probably won't stop me from being called in yet again - they tried to get me in tonight as well on my Sunday off with my family).
Sorry to hear you got hosed Flash. Food service is indeed a sh!tty way to earn a wage. Especially when dealing with the workers who call in because of a hangnail.
Daughter is coughing badly this morning, I am hoping it isn't anything serious. :/

How could anyone write anything worse than TF2?
Don't say that. I have a friend who's into anime and he told me that a lot of people wrote the producers of Neon Genesis Evangelion to ask why the ending of the series was so terrible. So the producers told the writers to go ahead and write the two follow up movies "Death" and "Rebirth" as the most absolutely worst dreck they could possibly dream up.

My son Thomas, who is about the same age as Bryce, went as Obi-Wan Kenobi.
And that's so cool. Bryce deliberated for a very long time between Commander Cody and Captain Rex, but in the end he went with Captain Rex because he likes to be in charge. :)
My stepson went as Obi-wan...because his stepdad has a Jedi costume.
Then delng wth the pet shop is your assignment. :)

Its due by 3 am tonight. It looks fairly easy, I am working on it some now. It is multiple choice which is always a plus. :)

Same here babe. I hate it when the kids get sick. And after these last few weeks, coughs are starting to freak me out.
Hubby gone to doc, living room cleaned up, kids in rooms, kitten sleeping. Might be tme to watch an episode of The Pretender. I know, its an old show, but I have just discovered it and am hooked. When I have the money I am going to see about ordering all the seasons from ebay or something.

Thanks hun. I am sure he will be fine. I was just worried and I am almost sure they would fire him if he missed more work this week without being hospitalized, so I just wanted to make sure.
