Well, it's kinda hard to say. I was diagnosed as a kid, so I definitely do. But I find that I don't do well if I try more than three tasks at a time. Something gets dropped because I'm so distractible. *shrug* A lot of people with ADHD find caffeine calming, so that's a pretty good indication.
