This evening I am going to my local Gaming store for the saturday night game. We are looking forward to it. This after noon I am making a cleric, If i go through the character creation process now, i can help the others later at the store. I have one quick question. At first level does a character gain full hit dice, 8 hit points for the cleric? or do i roll a d8? I am looking for the answer. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks :)

All player characters get full hit points for their first hit die. The rule in question can be found on page 12, under 'hit points'. :)

I just found it on page 12 of the PRB. Its under the entry on hit points.
