Are there any tables or guidelines to use 3.5 monsters to PFPRG?
Short answer: No, not at the moment. But ultimately, you don't really need them. Really, when it comes to monsters, you could use the 3.5 stats with a PFRPG party as written with little to no problem. Once you grock the differences - with skills and combat maneuvers especially - you'll see the differences are largely semantic. The conversions we do for 3.5 monsters are largely to bring them in line with the new rules for ease of play, to give them a new place in our world, and to use the new rules to give them new and improved abilities. As a comparison, which I don't mean to sound as arrogant as it does, think of it as using a DVD in your Blueray player: it totally works (might even be improved), but the Blueray version is even cooler!

That's what I am hoping for!

Comparing Bonus Bestiary stats with 3.5 stats of the same critter:
Most changes are really minor. But some monsters changed quite drastically: HP inreases up to 50% and so on.
Are there any rules for which monsters are subject to these bigger adjustments?
Cheers,
Günther
In cases where a monster's design changes drastically... what you're seeing there are in fact adjustments to monsters that should probably have been made all the way back in the 3.5 version of the game. Not all of the monsters in the 3.5 MM are balanced well, but most of them are pretty close.
The PFRPG Bestiary itself has an extensive section on how to build and balance monsters, and it's those rules we used when we were rebuilding the SRD 3.5 monsters.

Thanks for the input every one. I am still new to RPGs in general, so I will have more newbie questions. Like a magic item that boosts your magic casting ability increase the level of spell you cast? I know the DC for your spells would change.
You can't get access to higher level spells by increasing your Key Ability.
It does increase Save DCs (which is something like an attack bonus increase for fighters, very powerful, very worthwhile). It also may give you access to additional Bonus spells from the levels you can cast.
And there are, of course, the non-spellcasting advantages, extra skill points, boosted will save, handsomeness, etc.
