Pretty cool - any idea as to what this actually means in terms of numbers sold?
Great to see the demand so strong.

Well, considering that the PRE-ORDER has outsold the Eberron Player's Guide (which is out right now), I'd say pretty damn good numbers.

In fairness, I've always been told that RPG books sell the vast majority of their quantity in the first few weeks, so EPG would be well past its peak.
Still, I'm impressed to see PFRPG at #2. Go Paizo.
Edit: Looks like Pathfinder RPG is now #4, under EPG, PHB2, and with Divine Power at #1. Still an impressive showing.

Given that during the Edition Wars, many opposed to 4E/supporters of Paizo declaiemd how worthless Amazon rankings were for evaluating anything, I'd just like to inject a word of caution: Caution.
That having been done: Wooo-hooo. Go, Golem!

While it is cool, I agree it doesn't mean a lot. Since you have to compare it to what is being sold at the time. So the rankings don't mean a ton. I mean selling 100k copies some weeks or months might be enough to be number 1 and at other times of the year that might only get you rated at number 10. Would be nice if they listed total sold units, now that would be telling.

!
Yeah, I recall that as well.
I don't think of it as an indicator of how the RPG is doing compared to other products, but just find it neat that it made it to that position on the list.

Yeah, I wasn't trying to suggest it was indicative of anything, I was just excited to see it.
