Do we as players that have one or more scenerios completed need to bring our Chronicle Sheets for each PC to the events?

At least the last 3 if you think you may be buying something from those sheets...

You should bring all of your records in case the GM has a question about an item you have. If a GM wants to, they can check your paperwork to verify accuracy, so its good to bring it just in case.
