What about those (like me) who preordered several copies of the PRPG and Bestiary for gamer friends, before the announcement of this subscription? Are we (all) out of luck? (i.e. no PDF and/or no transferable subscription) It appears that something should be worked out (perhaps a discount code or something) so that our gaming gang can then get the PDFs for the PRPGs/Bestiaries we bought. I noticed that half of the table (who had preordered with me) seemed disappointed at these news, and the other half (who had not preordered) were like "yay! I'm rewarded for my mercenary wait-and-see attitude!" :PI'd appreciate any thoughts you have on this.
Cheers!

I'm not 100% certain I understand the scope of the issue, so please do bear with me if it takes a couple of exchanges here before we're both on the same page.
Let's say you pre-ordered six copies of the book, one for you and five for your gaming group. My understanding is that simply by setting up a subscription, one of those six preorders has been canceled and "replaced" with your subscription copy.
If your players would like to receive free PDFs of their own, they will have to set up their own subscriptions, and you will need to contact customer service to reduce your preorders by the associated amount.

If it's like any other Paizo Subscription, it seems that I could subscribe just for the core book (and maybe Bestiary), then cancel my subscription, netting me the PDFs without continuing fees. Is that right?Yes, this is correct. We'll hope you stick around for the other stuff, but you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

I understand. We originally all ordered together to reduce shipping costs. With individual subscriptions, individual shipments will be made, and thus total shipping costs will go up.
Question: I have preordered 3 PRPGs and 3 Bestiaries. Can my two friends, if I contact Customer Service, transfer to a subscription AND keep all PRPGs/Bestiaries to ship to my address, to keep the original order box content intact to save on shipping?

Maybe it is possible to order multiple subscriptions?

The problem is that, in our system, subscriptions and addresses are both tied to specific people. That is, if we had multiple subscriptions on your account, the books would go into the same box, but the PDF would only be attached to your account.
If your friends each had their own subscription, our system wouldn't ship them together even if you all entered the same shipping address—as far as we're concerned, they're *not* the same address, because they don't belong to the same person. So you'd each get the PDF, but the books would ship separately.
I'm afraid I don't really have an ideal solution for you.

I suspect this is answered elsewhere, but I've been unable to perform my search voodoo to uncover it.
I have both the RPG sub and Adv Path sub. Is it safe to have these mail together or is there the possibility that the shipping of the RPG will be delayed for the adventure path?
I'm very impatient :) and would rather pay shipping twice and get the RPG as soon as possible even if it means more shipping costs ... but if both are coming out at the exact same time ...?

We currently expect all the August products to ship together at the beginning of the month.
