Have not received any books since LOF #1

Not sure if there is something wrong with my account, but I have not gotten any (paper) books since LOF #1. Can you confirm I am up to date with my subscription and, if so, please ship the rest of the paper books (e.g. Legacy of Fire #2 and #3)? I can get to the pdfs just fine.

Hrmm. Seems others are having similar problems. I'll just say, this is the only publication that I have ever had problems with re USPS.

Can you change my shipping preferences to something that is more consistent? Only one restriction, I cannot sign for anything (e.g. they need to leave the book in the mailbox).

I have put replacements for Pathfinder #20 and #21 in with your Pathfinder #22 shipment.

As for your shipping method, please review your shipping address and method on your My Subscriptions page. The only shipping methods available, other than your current method, are UPS shipping options. They may or may not require a signature upon delivery, dependent on the judgment of the driver.
