And this is the odd thing. I don't do violence I mean I've never gotten physical with someone. I've never kicked the crap out of someone before (except my brother growing up but he was older than me and deserved all of it :P). I'm not that kinda person but normal s!#~ that used to just slightly piss me off, now really pisses me off, and I really feel if something isn't done by me, then nothing is going to be done. I know I sound crazy when I say that but.... I don't know I'm rambling, I jut don't physically fight with people it's not my thing but something weird happened this one time.

I'm going to bow out now, because I think the internet is next to useless for this kinda thing.

Honestly, though, I'd go talk to somebody besides a bunch of (self included) knownothing interwebz philosophers and know-it-all dipsticks in general.

Agreed. Many universities have counselling services. These counsellors can provide referrals to other professionals when necessary.

I think that is the best advice so far. Talk to a real person. Get some help with your emotions. We all need help some times.

I have to say, Jeremy, you have every reason to be angry and violent. Your partner has my sympathy, and I hope he's not permanently scarred from his experience. Just keep in mind, though: rage is natural, but pick your battles. Be careful you don't end up in jail, 'cause that'd be a bad example for gays everywhere and a fuel for homophobic argument.

Would it be any better if our names were Aristole, Plato, and Socrates? No.

The only thing that can get you past the Rage is personal growth and healing. But Rage also functions as a fuel to wake you up (literally - its Adrenaline). The Rage has distracted you from the facts. Your friend is going to need it more.

K guys I'm gonna take a break from the boards for awhile guys. I'm seriously depressed. And I think I need to go hibernate for awhile no one freak out. I'm not gonna do anything crazy. I just have the need to be alone for a week or so, I'm just gonna take some me time to figure feelings out.

The Exchange

Its OK dude...We trust you not to walk into a Bar with an UZI.
