When Devlyn hears Alaina's voice (and more importantly, her incantation), he immediately closes his eyes and relies on his blindsight and scent to guide him through the next few seconds.

As he carefully moves under stealth during the spell's distraction (using Hide in Plain Sight, Move Silently, Blank Aura and Void Presence), Devlyn stretches out with his other senses, noting that Allura is attacking the minotaur on the front who tried to shield the drow, and the two brothers are harrying the other one who was blinded. He finishes getting into position and studies his target for a moment, and when she looks like she is about to start casting or manifesting, he will lay steel into her and do his best to put her down in one go (i.e. catch her by surprise and sneak attack the heck out of her, using Chink in the Armor to help).
Disentangling herself from Lk, Allura steps in front of him and strikes with her ranseur as hard as she can at the minotaur guarding the priestess.
The ranseur strikes its target true but comes in contact with an unseen field of arcane force. There is a loud clap of thunder followed by Allura falling backwards, but uninjured. Whatever the enchantments the weapon had, it obviously rendered the minotaurs mage-field inactive. The beast staggers and shakes his head, stunned by the unexpected energized attack. The dark elf behind the minotaur however seems unbothered by the deafening book. Her efforts pull a gold necklace with a fist-sized gemstone from the floor safe.
"Found it!"
The second minotaur raises his wicked flail and lets it come crashing down, but it misses Allura's head by mere inches.
"Moo-dred, Three-Horns, forget her, we have it! Let's go!" she barks.
She waves her hand and psionicly blows a hole in the side of the wall. However, she is unaware of the Dalesman and his allies.
"Hey!" Sytt shouts, dropping his cup and spilling water everywhere. "Watch where you blast--ew, drow."

sneak attack the arm holding the necklace, slashing the tendons on the back of that hand to release her grip. If that doesn't work, his next attack will be to sever the chain (assuming she is holding the necklace by said chain, and it isn't radiating magic) and snatch it up, pressing his attacks to keep her off balance.
If the necklace is magical, or she's not holding it by the chain, he will go for a disarm maneuver to knock it out of her hands, then snatch it up and keep hammering at her defenses to keep her occupied.

As the Dalesman is poised to strike, Zhalail caress the gemstone with her fingers, then a bright flash of crimson fills the moneylender's shop. When their vison comes clear, Zhalail and her two minotaur guards are gone. Save for vandalism, nothing of dark elf remains.

"I don't know, but I'm sure her reasons aren't healthy ones," Devlyn yells from inside. He comes out, carefully carrying the clerk and laying him down on the steps.
"I'm not sure if they've got actual injuries or were just in pain, but I'll get the rest out here to get checked out just in case," he says as he goes back in to get the shop guards.
Allura and Alaina will heal any injuries inflicted on the employees and bystanders during the attack.
"What now?" she says, looking at the trashed shop of Muulsh the Merchant.

"I guess we need to speak with the Watch now that the clerk and his guards are going to be okay," Devlyn says as he gives the clerk a pat on the shoulder. He calls over the Watch Captain and gives all the information he can regarding the drow's appearance, mannerisms and abilities, as well as the unusual holy symbol she wore, the description of the necklace that was stolen, and any information that the clerk can relay on that necklace (which Devlyn will want to know as well).
Allura notices that the boys are starting to get impatient and suggests that she take them on ahead to Pete's shop.

Getting up after being pecked awake by the strange gray bird that has started following him, Lk is just in time to learn a few new words. He finds Allura.
