Pathfinder # 19 came in very bad condition.

Customer Service

Just got Pathfinder # 19 today 03-25-09, not sure if that's real late or not but it seems so. In any case the Paizo envelope was beat up like it was thrown around in the street for a few days. Bottom and top edges of the issue it self were doged eared and the mag in general looked like it seen a years worth of use. I know its not your fault as a company but I thought you should know that the product came to me in really bad shape, and if this happens regularly well I will have to have to return my issues or maybe cancel my subscription all together.

I hope this is the where to place these complaints.

I'm sorry to hear about your damaged book! I will put a replacement in with your Pathfinder #20.

Since you have had so many Pathfinder shipments previously, I making the assumption that this is an isolated event and no further action is necessary.

However if this is, or turns into, a chronic problem, we do have options for you.

thanks,
cos

Thank you very much, I'm sure it is an isolated thing, as you said I've gotten my fair share from Paizo and this is the first time I've had a problem.

Thanks again for the quick responce.

Andre.

Hmmm, my PF19 arrived with some very minor damage too (I do NOT need a replacement). Maybe something strange happened with this particular shipment. The envelope was in particularly bad shape. It looks like someone may have played hockey with it. :-)

I doubt anything strange happened with this shipment. This is well within the regular number of damaged shipments every month. So far. :)

Got my replacement copy today. Just wanted to say thank you again for the good customer service Paizo has always given. I know you prob. get more complaints at customer service, so I just thought a thank you would be a nice change of pace for you all.

Funnily enough, my envelope was really battered and torn, too - the first time that's ever happened. The contents were a little bent, but not bad enough to warrant sending a replacement.
