In the Excellent "Gods and Magic", it is written that Iomedea led the knigths of Ozern to the victory against the whispering tyran.
Where can I find more presentation on theses knights and also on this tyran?

There's a little more information about this in the Gazetteer and Campaign Setting, notably in the descriptions of Iomedae, Ustalav, and perhaps Lastwall.
