The Legacy of Fire Player's Guide, (loving it BTW), mentions a free web supplement on character traits. I can't seem to find it.

I noticed there is no mantion about regional or racial traits ?

I suspect they left those out intentionally, so that, in order to get the regional or racial traits, you'd need to buy the appropriate companion book.

The regional traits are specific to an Adventure Path and don't apply elsewhere.

It's actually listed at the very top of everybody's "My Downloads" page:

no, but there are some very good in Wayfinder

So, there are 5 types of traits:

Basic (listed in free PDF download)

Regional (specific to a region and listed only in the regional sourcebooks? but which ones? -- there are none in the [city] Guides to Korvosa or Absalom, for example)
EDIT: Found a few Absalom traits in Wayfarer

Campaign (specific to a campaign and listed only in the appropriate AP Player's Guide?)

Race (listed in racial sourcebooks? so for now only elves can choose them?)

Religion - I don't recall seeing these in Gods & Magic; where are they?
