Well I was waiting to see if anyone else was going to input any ideas, since none seem forthcoming...
Brignat your plan seems sound. If we are quick at the breach and then fight the battle at the east gate, even if we run a little long killing them it will take a while for the forged comming through the opposite gate to reach us.
Quickly men, to the breach!

You head toward the breech, as you pass the airship tower you run into a lot of undergrowth, with some rubble (map is done, just have to scan it after work) the back of one of the warehouses is partially collapsed....you have about 5 minutes to set up traps/ambushes before they arrive.
how tall is the building, the walls, the piles of rubble? Is the rubble tall enough to hide behind, Are there any windows looking out of the back of the building?
Basically I'm going to want to get behind something to hide, either difficult terrain or a wall, I'm not sure what until my questions are answered. I will have my wolf waiting a short ways away to flank anyone that manages to get to me to attack.
Drexel Morrow
I take up a position behind the rubble and attempt to hide in C3, I have my bow out and ready to fire upon the first warforged that I see come through the breach. I order my wolf to stay 30ft away from me in C5 also behind the rubble.
Drexel Morrow
You wait for a full 5 minutes, nothing...do you continue to wait?
I have nothing to do. Unless i can turn a nearby puddle, that doesn't exist, into a poison that affects warforged so that we can put a sign next to it saying "Warforged Day Spa NEW!"
Hruskin Gelddar
Tired of waiting and more than a little curious at the missing foe, Hruskin will take the time to move slowly and cautiously off the rooftop and toward the breach to see what's what.

lol, just remember, he got speared right after saying that
I move from my current position to the top of the wall so i can look over and see what is going on, where the missing foraged are.

Stealth Check. (1d20+12=16) Stupid IC again...
Perception Check. (1d20+1=19)
Haruuc slowly moves out from behind his rubble and peers around the gap in the wall to see where the 'forged have gotten to.

All this crouching and the nearly forced march through the mists has made you feel the previous wounds you'd taken...and you hope a prolonged battle will not ensue...
You scan the area around the breech cautiously, your team moving as stealthily as possible, you reach the breech, and peer out...

I fire at the warforged that I see crouched in the bush
standard action
Attack 1d20+6=22(23 if within 30ft)
damage 1d8+2=7+ 1d6=1=8(9 if within 30ft)
free action
I shout to the party "there is another atop the wall!!"
move action
I order my wolf to attack the warforged in the bush
handle animal1d20+6=15
(I dont believe that my wolf has enough movement to reach the warforged and attack from where it is positioned, so you can decide what it does)

Brignat fires an arrow at the nearest warforged. Stand: fire arrow at the nearest warforged Att/Dam: 1d20+8=10, 1d8+3=5
The map doesn't work so i was pretty vague; with that roll i don't think it matters.

My other map went poof, this is the map with nothing on it...I'll add the rest in tomorrow, my apologies...
There's a WF around the middle bottom (call it N15) and one 6 squares from the right edge on the wall...(t8)
top to bottom is numbered 1-?
left to right is lettered A-Y
didn't notice the missing map til about an hour ago...so yeah...this might end up being a real intersting battle...especially since I have Ur-Kaim on the WTF are you list...
Hruskin Gelddar
Hruskin will move if he has to (up to 20' to get close enough to use his fiery ray of fiery death): 1d20+5=20, 1d6+1=2

Map updated, double check the locations, make sure you're where you want to be...
Haruuc should have been in L7 and as of my last post he had just stepped out from cover into N7 to see what was going on.
Haruuc looks around and sees the Warforged ahead, but fails to see the one above them.
He steps forward behind the crumbling wall, unwinding his Spiked Chain and prepares to meet the oncoming 'Forged with Steel and Magic.
5' step into N8. Move Action to draw Spiked Chain.

Map updated per your corrections.
Drexel moves to the edge of the wall cover, and launches an arrow at the hiding warforged, striking it in the shoulder, while his wolf charges out toward the flat-footed warforged. Hruskin spots the forged on the wall and steps up and snaps a ray of fire at it catching it in the right arm. Meanwhile Brignat fires an arrow at the one on the wall also, but his arrow shatters on the wall. Haruuc steps out from his cover, casually pulling out his spiked chain.
Initiative Order:
i19 Drexel
i17 Brignat
i12 WF#1
i11 WF#2
i8 Hruskin
i8 Haruuc
Ur-Kaim is lost in his own mind...

Brignat fires another arrow at the warforged on the wall. "Watch out for the one up high!"
