Let the chaos begin... [evil grin]
Galvan and Eulagolg dismantle the well. Before they head off, they manage to pull out some torches with Graz, and light them. As they head back over to the traveler's village, they pass Graz, who has just lit the cart on fire, after allowing Grahsvein and Rhythe to exit, of course.
Graz's push sends the cart hurtling down the street, where it eventually turns off the road, and crashes into the side of a building, where it lays as a burning heap. A few seconds later, yells begin, as the small village wakes up.
Meanwhile, Eulagolg and Galvan have invaded the small shantytown made up of lean-to's, carts, and tents. They each light an area up, and cause even more distress in this area as well.
Guards run to the area. Pause for a moment, and turn towards the well. When they arrive, they find no buckets. And fear becomes all-out panic. Confused locals still haven't caught on, and begin to crowd out of thier houses with children and wives among them.
Despite the chaos made by the group, nobody has caught on to the cause of the fire, and the group remains unnoticed...
This is assuming that you haven't yet stepped forward. Also, I would like to give Grahsvein and Rhythe a chance to post

Thanks, Rumblefish.
Grasvein whispers, "Let's lay low for the rest of the night. Tomorrow, we'll go to the jail and free all the prisoners. They'll cause quite a bit of panic. Then, we start murdering the town leaders. All we'll have to do is keep up causing this strife until the townsfolk and the guards are in utter disarray. They'll be completely unable to mount a decent defense against us."
Elaugolg Kenafin |

"So, we let the guards run themselves ragged trying to keep up their little illusion of order all night, then let out the looters at first dawn's light? Hehe, sounds good to me, my draconic friend.", he smirks.
"Now, slave, where can we stay the night without being found out?"
We do still have Slave-boy sitting around somewhere, right?

Rumblefish |

I believe that you let "slave boy" run off into the night.I think Graz intimidated him? You can easily pick up another slave, who has just wandered past...
"Uh, the Six Monks Bar gets a lot of strange customers, you could probably stay there for the night. Are you guys from the traveler's village that just got burned?"
The idiot has no insight and doesn't realize who he's talking to.

Rumblefish |

Let's continue...
The group steps into the Six Monks Bar, where many of the people from the traveler's village are milling around. At the front of the bar, a man sits at a makeshift desk, scrambling with door keys, trying to keep track of who has keys, who needs to pay, who is just looking for a free bed.
"Alright! Let's have order, please!" He yells in a high-pitched voice. "Make a single file line!" This request in unheeded, as everyone wants to make sure they can get a bed for the night.

Well, Rythe's player hasn't posted since early October. Also, does the town have any higher rulers then the mayor, i.e. a lord?
Hmm... guess he's gone, don't need another player though, we have four now.
This town's highest official is the mayor, but it is one of many small towns who have made alliances with eachother. Representatives of each town hold meeting and vote on what should be done about things.

Galvan Ironhorns |

"We know tha secret way outta here. Why not get out that way? We can watch how good they act after an attack and see if any village comes ta help 'em. I say we snag ourselves some eats and stuff, then head out. 'Cause if we're not gonna finish this place tanight, we gotta go."

Elaugolg Kenafin |

"Well, there goes that plan. Well, if we won't be able to wait until morning, we might as well finish this town off tonight. It's not like we'll be able to get back into the town, after Slave tells everyone how we got in. How did Slave get away, anyway?"
So, any objections to letting out the prisoners, raiding the blacksmith, maybe attacking the mayor's house, then getting the heck out of here?

Rumblefish |

How did Slave get away, anyway?"
I remember Graz intimidating him. He ran away from the town. As I recall:
Graz(or maybe it was Grahsvien?) gets 20 on Intimidate, and scares away Slave. Slave runs aaaalll the way home.

Seconded.

The group leaves the bar, and heads over to the prison. There, they find the place empty of any guards, warden, or the like. As you enter, one of the few prisoners does a double take. Galvan's enormous body sends him scurrying towards the back of his cell. Until you let him out that is. Throughout the entire operation, none of the prisoners say a word. They scurry out into the night.*
Who are these Prisoners? This is interesting. Here's my rule with Spoiler that I put up: Anyone can read them, but the character only knows the knowledge of they make the check. I require only one Knowledge check to recognize all the prisoners.
*DC 15 Knowledge (local), 10 for Orcs. HALF ORC
* DC 15 Knowledge (local), 10 for Rogues TIEFLING
*DC 15 Knowledge (local), 10 for Females HALF-ELF
*DC 15 Knowledge (local) 10 for Magicians GNOME
*The last prisoner is the passed out village drunk. :)

Elaugolg Kenafin |

I presume we use Streetwise for this?
Streetwise:1d20+4=9
Elaugolg unlocks the cell doors.
"Now, everyone, I fully expect all of you to go out there and commit various crimes against humanity."

Galvan Ironhorns |

Galvan's not really interested in who is there so he makes cursory glances at them. Takes 10 + Streetwise 0 = 10.
"Ya got time ta even a score if ya got one and grab some swag before they get their act tagether. Ya better be gone by then if ya don't wanna get snagged."
If there is an oil lamp here I'll use it to fire the jail after everyone that we are letting out has escaped.

Rumblefish |

Anyway... the prisoners are let out, and Galvan begins another fire in the jail. As it begins to light up, I assume you move back to the shadows, for villagers begin to flock anew, and attempt to stamp this fire out before it grows too large. They ultimatley fail, due to the lack of water, and the jailhouse goes up in flames.

Rumblefish |

A half-elf guard is standing nonchalantly against a building, looking on as his comrades deal with the flames. Of course, Grax does not like a slacker, so she fires upon him...
Go ahead
Meanwhile, the rest of the group is still running around, searching for loot.
Someone give me a building they wish to raid

Graz and Boe |

I mark him with my hunters quarry and use my twin strike
(1d20+6=26, 1d20+6=17
First attack was a natural 20 doing max damage
(1d8=2, 1d10=5]
Damage First hit = 14(max damage) +2 from hunters quarry =16
Second hit = 9

Rumblefish |

As I said before, I say we should go raid the blacksmith, then the Mayor, then leave.
Also, Graz is male. If you were waxing philosophical and referred to Bow as a beautiful woman, go right ahead.
Ahem... what he said (thanks) ;)
The group heads to the blacksmith. It has three walls, with a low fence across the area where one would expect a fourth wall. The group enters, finding it empty...
except for the hundreds of weapons lining the walls. Beautifully crafted long swords cover one wall, while in another area, a pile of daggers sit. The walls contain weapons enough to fit anyone's desire. Despite the late night, the furnace still belches fire, giving the room a comfortable warmth, in contrast to the night air. The forge is a large room, with a door, probably connecting the shop front to the blacksmith's house.

Elaugolg Kenafin |

Elaugolg walks around the smith, looking for anything that seems vaguely magic.
Arcana, to detect for any magic items:1d20+8=10
And he fails miserabley.
Elaugolg then starts grabbing some of the knifes.

Rumblefish |

The room is a giant storage area, with crates piled up around it. As Grahsvien and Graz enter they sees a the shadow of what may be a giant bat swoop down behind a crate. "How dares you break in masters house. Step farther, and pay the consequences" a raspy voice can be heard behind the crate.

Rumblefish |

As Graz steps toward the box, she hears the voice from behind a different box. Hehehe. I kindly suggests that you leaves masters house. I asks nicely. A shuffling comes from behind a third box, and suddenly you don't feel as confident as you were a few seconds before.

Graz and Boe |

I'm going to have to change my avatar name to "Graz is a male." ]sigh
