whoa...hey, David, didn't anyone ever tell you you have to warn everybody when you change your avatar? I didn't even realize it was you until I looked closer! next time, you have to start an entire thread and cause a bunch of theatrics, because we expect it! The people demand it I say!
Yeah I know, I didn't realize it was him at first either over in another thread. I've thought about changing my Avatar a couple of times, but I know how much it freaks me out when people do it, so I have refrained.
It's funny, I have flipped through Paizo material (specifically Dragon & Dungeon), seen a picture and immediately gone, "Oh, that's [inset Board Member here]". You just readily associate.
I like to think of David Shire's Theme of the Taking of The Taking of Pelham 123
as my them. Listeners to Get This can probably guess the reasons for this.
As a side note, back in high school my class adopted Talking Head's Road to Nowhere as our anthem. Unfortunatly the school wouldn't let us play it during our farewell ceremonies in Year 12.

Yeah... I've changed my avatar once, but that was because I saw the Downer one, and immediately thought "must have". The old Death's Head Tree just didn't cut it, man.

I changed it to Seoni when she came out, but it was around this time that I started to become a regular poster instead of a lurker. Noone would even associate me with my old Avatar, because I probably only made a handful of posts with it. People associate me with this Avatar (even if it's just to say holy crap this guy talks sh!t, lets steer clear of his posts) and it would take something really good and/or meaningful to me to change it now.
