Hi, this order has not been received yet.

I realize it's probably in that grey area (Shipped 08/04) where it could still be out there pending as normal, but I did recently move, and I have concerns that the PO may not have forwarded it correctly, as this has occurred with other mail of mine. I just updated my Paizo account address to the correct one (Altoona, WI). Would the package have been returned to you if it was considered undeliverable?

I apologize for having missed your post previously!

Your order was, indeed, shipped to the old address. When the PO gets it, it will either be forwarded or returned to us. Either way, the package will be in transit for much longer than usual. Therefore, let me know if you still have not seen it by the end of this week. If it does not make it to you, or if it gets returned here, I can put replacements in with your next subscription shipment.
