I have received an email message 3 times now saying that there is a problem with this order as my bank "declined the transaction". The first time I had a credit card number entered that was expiring on July 31st, the same day I received the first message. I figured there must have been a problem with the expiration date so, I input a different card number, one with an expiration date in 2009.
I then recieved another message saying it was declined for an order total of $0.00. And I received it a third time yesterday, also for $0.00.
I have checked with the company of the first card, I actually work for them, and I can see that a charge for the full order was processed on 8/1/08. I have sent an email and left a voice mail on the customer service line.
Can some one please get back to me regarding this issue.

I apologize for the multiple decline notices. You can safely disregard them.
There was a bug in the processing of this order which caused the initial and subsequent decline messages to be sent. I have fixed the order so it will no longer be confused by the payment method and it should ship out as soon as possible now with no more problems.

Thanks again for getting this fixed but I have one more question. My order history still shows this order as "Pending". Can you confirm if it has actually shipped or not?

Your order is in the shipping queue and should be shipping soon. Due to the bug mentioned previously, it the charge has already gone through (which is why it got messed up in the first place).
This is not the standard procedure, by a long shot, but the order has been un-bugged and we will get it shipped out as soon as possible.
