Thimble easily climbs up to where the bodies are. Although they have been almost completely stripped of flesh, their equipment is still on them. What Thimble finds that is still in useful condition is:
2 crossbows
2 short swords
1 suit of hide armor
1 short bow
1 signet ring with the image of a flaming hawk
9 gold pieces
12 silver pieces
8 days rations
It has the same AC bonus as studded leather armor, which is what you're wearing, but it is medium armor instead of light armor. So I would say your studded leather is better. Check out the difference in Armor Check Penalty and Speed.
"If anybody wants any of these items they can have them as far as I'm concerned. Otherwise I will put the rest on Bess and we can sell them when we get back to town and split the proceeds. Does than sound fair?"
He looks at the short bow. "This bow seems to be finely crafted. It should fetch a good price."
He says to Thimble: "This bow is better than the one you are carrying. The one I've never seen you shoot."
You can wear hide armor because it is not made of metal. It would give you 1 more armor bonus to your Armor Class (AC), but would make you slower (20 ft. instead of 30 ft.), and has a higher armor check penalty (important for acrobatics, stealth and swim checks for example). The reduction in speed is probably not worth the extra point in AC.
There's another thing: I messed up on your spells. Because you have a high Wis you get a bonus 1st level spell per day. So you could have an extra cure light wounds, or prepare something else from the list of 1st level Druid spells. So you have 1 left for the day.
Also, 0th level spells are at-will, meaning you can cast a 0th level spell (also called an Orison) whenever you want, as long as you have it prepared. So you can cast guidance, for instance, any time you want (although its still a standard action).
It is a masterwork short bow, which gives you a +1 on your ranged attack rolls with it.
Thimble:
Spoiler:
Update your character sheet. Put HP 15 above Speed, change Melee to Greataxe +5 (1d10+6) (1d10+8 overhand chop), +7 (1d10+9) (1d10 +12 overhand chop) rage and Ranged to masterwork short bow +4 (1d6)
Asther:
Spoiler:
Update your character sheet to add your other 1st level spell
"This looks like what Laurel described to me. I hope it is enough."
Vartan gathers all the moss he can and puts it in his saddlebags.
"Let us go find the witch's hut, we should be able to reach it by mid-afternoon if we move fast. Asther, since you are wounded you may ride Bess if you wish."

You can take another cure light wounds as your other prepared 1st level spell for the day and cast it on yourself. I think you still have only 5 HP, right?
Later in the day, the sounds of the forest suddenly become distant as the trees part, opening to reveal a small, circular clearing. The nearest trees twist away from the clearing, seemingly in an attempt to flee despite their trapped roots. At the glade's center squats a small cottage, little more than a pile of sticks and ivy stacked upon mud walls. From the thatched roof dangle bundles of gnarled roots, old dried beast carcasses, and knucklebone bangles, all clattering together like a gruesome wind chime. A dozed small thatched dolls, each shaped like a tiny man, imp or rearing serpent, stand propped up in the yard, keeping guard over a rickety plank door.
