Damn, wish I hadda entered now. I only just bought this last week. =)

Sorry 'bout that, bro. :\

Try this episode's contest. We've given away a grand of stuff in ten episodes. Games, gift certificates to game sites, cash, Ipods. I'm not a fan of having to judge winners but giving stuff away is a lot of fun. :)

Holy s@#!! I won!

That was a real Rodney McKay -style psychic idea theft on my part, man. Sorry about that.

Hah, no probs. It was worth the money (although a Hard Copy would have been sweet). I am so not a fan of reading .pdfs over Hard Copies.

Speaking of which... while my wife's out with the kids is a good chance for me to print it off. Thanks for reminding me! =D

It was hard keeping quiet. I wanted to say, "What are the chances you'd win the book on your birthday?"

Congrats! Hope you enjoy it.

Awesome show yet again! It truly sounded like you guys were having a blast. And how about that guest appearance by Cthu-Lou? Very funny!

I'm also glad Shiny won so we could hear his entry. It was hilarious!

Thanks, Flash!

I was just flipping through the hardcover today. It's meaty.

0one Games and ICE (Iron Crown Enterprises) signed a deal. Great City is being translated into the Rolemasters system. :)

Shiny is going to replace me with that radio voice of his, I just know it.

Damn that Shadows of Cthhulu sounds nice, but I'm not a big Fan of True20. It's definately a good system, but d20 is more to my taste (and more so since PFRPG has improved on it).

No, I'm not. I used the "podcast" setting on GarageBand when I recorded that, and it did this weird EQ thing that made me sound like Barry White. My real voice sounds sort of like a cross between this, this, and this (except divide all of their ages in half, and surgically remove the cumulative talent).

That, and you're cooler than I am.

Congrats Shiny - and happy birthday, my man! Be sure to let us know how you liked the Great City Campaign Setting. (That is what you won, right? How embarrassing if its not).

Would love to find out which was your favorite ward and why.

Hey Shiny, you should walk around with the "podcast" equalizer on one of those voicechanger thingies Shiny... you voice sounded creepy sweet in that Phone Call! =)

Oh you do have me curious.

My friends were weirded when they first heard me do a podcast because I have a deep voice, but for some reason, when I do a podcast my voice shoots up a ways. I think it's goofy enthusiasm. Doing podcasts and getting to talk about these games gives me a bit of a buzz. When the interviews end I usually keep talking to the guest game designers and publishers for at least another hour. Those poor bastards. This last episode my voice sounded even higher and thinner than usual. I think because I was a little throat sick. That's what I get for juggling ice cubes with my b@!!$.

Well then we'll have to get PFRPG on the show.

I don't have the deepest voice in the world, but when I'm on the phone or recorded it sounds like a damn girls! =(

I feel your pain. A few episodes ago I mentioned the thing about my voice going up and getting 'deviated septummy' right before a podcast in my rant where I list what I can't stand about myself.

Perhaps next time I podcast, I'll try and dial it back a bit and see what transpires. There's even a hint of a NY accent I don't actually own (though I've lived here since 8th grade). It's as if I've unknowingly created an energetic interviewer alter ego. That said, the bouncy giddy me might be more interesting to listen to than the sedate, deep-voiced 'cool guy'. AYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! <-- What, Fonzie isn't your cool guy?

Ed and I have a couple of other podcasts almost ready to launch, and the show that I plan on doing alone has me talking quite deeply throughout, but then there's no conversation with other people. Part of my job as an interviewer is setting tone and rhythm for guests and also putting them at ease. Playing the part of clown gets nervous guests laughing and loose.

I'm not actually sure there is a worse thing someone could be called. Oh wait, I found something.

Yah. My voice normally sounds all Peter Mulvey-y, but whenever I need to say anything important (or, like, y'know, play music), it shoots through the roof and breaks like a glass unicorn. F%#%.

Four years before Reservior Dogs came out, Buscemi jumped on my back like a frothing ebola monkey and had his lusty way with me when we sat next to each other in traffic court on Long Island, shouting, "Didn't see this comin', didja boss?!" repeatedly.

I'm still in therapy over it.

I saw Izzard live some years back.

I didn't understand but five words out of his mouth. Seriously. When I see him on TV I understand him, but my conversational hearing is a bit poor (prolly too much loud music in days past) and his mumbling through the PA was rough. Some others couldn't hear him well, but the diehards heard every word. I think they must have read his lips. ;)

You assume much. Actually Walken, Uma, Buscemi, Barton and Aniston all made an orgy film called W.U.B.B.A. Wubba. It wasn't well received, despite us really put our hearts, and backs, into it.

Episode Eleven of Atomic Array blows up this week with almost ninety minutes of Pathfindery goodness!

We spotlight Pathfinder, Pathfinder Society Organized Play and The Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, and when we say spotlight, we brought in the big 2 million lumens lamp for our most comprehensive show ever.

Freelance writers/game designers out there, listen in to find out what sort of submissions Pathfinder is looking for!

Did I forget to mention that the prizes for this episode's giveaway contest are six $50 credits to the Paizo online store?! Paizo hooked our show up royally with an incredible gift in time for the holidays. We announce the contest rules sometime during our show.

JAMES JACOBS talks about PATHFINDER!

JOSH FROST discusses PATHFINDER SOCIETY ORGANIZED PLAY!

JASON BUHLMAN delves into the PATHFINDER RPG!

My rant for this episode is all about con artists and how I've fallen prey to them on more than one humiliating occasion. Ed's pick is The Sword and the Sorcerer. Remember that one?

We announce the two winners of $20 credits to the koboldquartely.com store from Episode Nine of Atomic Array.

You have another week to enter for the giveaway and get yourself one of two copies of Shadows of Cthulhu. Listen to Episode Ten of Atomic Array to find out how.

Listen Now to see what the future holds for Pathfinder.

Liberty's Edge

So... Have you *cough* gotten that... music... together... yet... *cough*

Anybody else listening to the interviews of the Jacobs, Frost, and Buhlmann over on the array (there are at least three different threads out there)? Good stuff while browsing. Thanks to Jade for posting the links.
