Unfortunately, such material is not OGL and so you will not be able to find it on-line, that I am aware of. However, you can pick up a copy of Complete Arcane at Amazon.com for less than $10.

Hm, looking around, you can't post WOTC material, but you can create a character type with identical abilities - or many variants thereof - using OGL material. There's a build breakdown here.

It won't tell you how to play the class, but it tells you what the class features are at each level, what the alternative features are, and where to find the extra invocations. Not playable rules, but a good reference if that's all you're looking for.
