Over at ENWorld, Wulf Ratbane aka. Benjamin Durbin of Bad Axe Games, simplified the encounter charts from the Alpha. I hadn't seen it mentioned here and thought for those that don't check out the ENWorld Pathfinder Forums it might be worth a heads up.
