I see from this thread that Customer Service Czarina Corey is leaving in the near future. While I may be early, I wanted to express my thanks and best wishes.
Corey was the first person that I talked to at Paizo, by phone and by email, and the great communication and trouble-shooting provided by both Corey and Cos was the impetus to me dropping a big chunk-o-change on Paizo products (of course, the quality kept me coming back).
All the best to you, Corey, in your future endeavors! You will be missed here.

I concur. Both Corey and Cosmo have been ideal at helping me out when I've needed customer assistance. Corey's been one of the "first contacts" people have with the company, and Paizo's always looked great because of her.
Good luck, to the best dressed person at Paizo-Con. (And let me know details about this Seattle renaissance festival thingie.)

NOOOOOOoooooooo! The horror! THE HORROR!! Why Corey? In God's name, WHY? Was it something we said? Something we did? It was Sebastian, wasn't it? That creepy lawyer-guy is always pissing somebody off. Please, don't leave us.

Wow, thank you so much everyone! I've truly enjoyed working here at Paizo, and will really miss it in this kooky office.
Never fear, however! I'll still be kicking around on these boards as much as possible after I stop being a Customer Service Czarina for Paizo, and become, simply, a Czarina. :D
Again, thank you for the good byes and awesome compliments! Ya'll make this gal feel appreciated. ^_^

Czarina:
Sorry to hear that you are going. (Hope that it had nothing to do with emails about UK deliveries gobbling up your sanity points.)
I'd like to make an attempt to persuade you to stay on at Paizo, with a variety of corny metaphors about 'A goblin in the pot being worth two in the bush', but I'm afraid that my ranks in diplomacy aren't that great and it might simply speed you on your way.
So instead, please imagine yourself regaled by that song from The Sound of Music, which begins: 'So long, farewell.....'

Good luck, Corey! You'll be missed, but we also expect you to swing by the chat and spill all the juicy gossip about Cosmo that you previously withheld due to your working relationship. I hear that he wears Teen Titan underoos on his head and eats only Honey Nut Cheerios with ketchup, is that true?
Rumors of my habits... fashion, culinary or otherwise... are neither confirmed nor denied at this point.

COs - don't joke about that! in college freshman year one of my friends and his roomate had a Ketchup packet war with all of the packets they had saved troughout the year - one whole dorm wall was covered in red... still brings back bad memories *shudder*

Yeah, best of luck Corey, you've been truly helpful and customer focussed. Paizo will be hard pressed to find anyone even half as good.
It's just occurred to me that the fact so many people are recognising someone in customer services (i.e. people who are normally just at the sharp end of issues) shows just how amazingly good a job you do!
Thanks!
Lewis.

When I had to briefly cancel my Pathfinder subscription, Corey's email response was warm and personable. I resubscribed without hesitation when I was able to do so again. It's this sort of "you matter" approach to customer service that's helped build and maintain Paizo's high esteem in the gaming commmunity.
Best wishes!
