I'm not sure on this... they've mentioned using D&D insider as a possible means of supporting "dead" settings. Maybe they intend to restart the series? Or do something similar rotating through the setting belief systems...
We'll see. They aren't going out of their way (yet) to show us what D&D insider can do. I have to hope they mean for it to become something spectacular the month before they start charging for it.

I am also a fan of the Core Beliefs articles, and would like to see them continued in some form or fashion. Even with the changes to the core pantheon from 3.5 to 4e, I think the idea behind the series is a valid one. I like the idea of continuing the series on the author's website.
In case anyone is curious, here is a listing of the articles, as they appeared in Dragon Magazine:
Core Beliefs by Sean K. Reynolds
#338: Boccob
#342: Olidammara
#346: Pelor
#348: Vecna
#350: Wee Jas
#354: Heironeous
#356: Hextor
#358: Cuthbert

Yeah, I'm glad they got around to Olidamarra, but I was so hoping for Fharlanghn... Not a whole lot written about that dude, which is surprising, given the non-demanding nature of his doctrine, and his spiffy domain powers/spells seem to make him an easy choice for an adventuring cleric.
I'm a little weirded by the inclusion of Bane vs. Hextor. Does this mean Heironeous is gone, too? (Can't have one without the other...?) This, and other answers, could be fleshed out in a continuation of the series of articles. I would be quite enthusiastic about seeing the rest of the core gods more fully described, and I think this was easily one of the most helpful series in Dragon, for players and DMs alike.
And, let's face it, Core Beliefs: Bahamut would be effin' METAL.

I was really hoping for Fharlanghn, too...I thought it'd be a fitting article for the last print issue of Dragon. Alas, #358 had St. Cuthbert, which meant that there was virtually no chance of #359 getting a Core Beliefs article. Which was a shame, really, because the Core Beliefs series was far and away my favorite. I, too, would love to see the series finished off, either in print or on the web. A collection of all the Core Beliefs articles in one place would be an excellent resource, at least for me.
