Rise of the Runelords

In my campaign, one of my PCs is playing a LG warforged cleric of Iomadae named Relic. The backstory that he came up with was actually really interesting and I've been working on a way to link him to the events occurring through the campaign. Basically, he was created by Ordikon in Runeforge, along with three others, as a new form of golem guardian for use in Xin-Shalast in the defense of Karzuog. Once the fall of Thassilon came, Ordikon kept them in Runeforge in case of an emergency, believing that, once Karzuog awoke, he would require powerful servants of greed. During the ordeal in the Abjurant halls Relic was sent forth to do battle. Unfortunately for Ordikon, during the ensuing onslaught of magical energies (including several prismatic abjurations) Relic appeared to be destroyed, only molten gold left where he once stood.

In fact Relic was blasted to a random location several hundred miles away, having been not only dropped to inert status, but his physical composition changed dramatically. A spelunker stumbled upon him in a cave a few years later. Realizing the value of his find, he disguised the body by encasing it in plaster and shipped him off to Riddleport. While there the unscrupulous spelunker was killed by loan sharks and the "statue" was auctioned off to a Magnimarian noble within a month. Said noble then donated the statue to Father Ezakian Tobyn for services performed for his family. Father Tobyn believed, mistakenly, that the statue was an ancient portrayal of Abadar and placed it in front of the old chapel. It was during the "Recent Unpleasantness" that, during a mass casting of a minor curative spell, Relic awoke and burst forth from his plaster housing. Having no recollection of where he came from or who he was, he decided to live in this town where he discovered that he took to religious studies well.

Forgive me if my timeline is a little vague, I'm mostly sure that the events could take place as such, but I haven't finished reading the entirety of all of the issues.

I have decided that this character will have a Legacy, as per the Weapons of Legacy book. He will not be a monster of legacy and will still need to perform legacy rituals and pay all respective costs. I realized that, if I had to fake this, Warforged start out with an Armor bonus and thus are a form of armor. I know this is a stretch, but its for fun.

I'm trying to figure out some unique abilities to give to him, seeing that he is a form of intelligent golem designed to be a guardian of Greed. This is what I have so far, but I would appreciate other ideas as well:

Several of the Rituals:
-Donate the entire sum of character wealth of the level this is performed at to charity -OR- Using whatever means necessary, acquire that same sum in addition to other earned gold at that level. I feel that this allows the player the option of a mutable legacy (which i honestly believe he won't take down the evil path) just in case he wants to move to the dark side...

-Defeat a powerful Giant sorceror (I believe Mokmurian was, I don't have the book in front of me.)

-Defeat his creator, the Mithral Mage.

OMEN: Relic gains proficiency with a glaive (this is not unbalancing as he is focussed on longsword for Iomadae)

The spell Blood Money would become a spell like ability, usable perhaps 3/day.

He would gain access to the Inscribe Rune feat which I am not allowing to other players.

Spell like abilities such as Statue, Passwall, Stoneskin, Disintegrate, Flesh to Stone (appearance of gold).

Give him the abilities of the Glove of Strength Stealing and the Golden helm of Xin-Shalast from the Magic of Thassilon pdf.

With regards to armor abilities I had considered Glamered, Blueshine, and Commanding, allowing him to appear to be made of actual Gold.

Bonuses to Transmutations such as Ability Enhancer from Dragon Compendium.

I could use some feedback on these, I'm not planning on using them all, obviously, but if someone has a definite opinion on these ideas one way or another, I'd appreciate it.

Mokmurian is a wizard, I'm pretty sure. It was part of his backstory that his people shunned him when they realized he cast his spells from study rather than natural aptitude.

True. My bad,as I said, didn't have the book in front of me.

Either way, defeating Mokmurian seems like a good "2/3 of the way" stopoff. This seems really fun, it would be interesting to hear how this turns out.

Warforged really do make for a good "awakened golem" race, don't they? Are many other people using them for RotRL, I wonder?
