I'd say that any Deck of Many things there will be on Golarion will use cards from the Harrow Deck, and since we'll get the harrow deck, there should be a "conversion list".
Since we don't know what's on all the cards (only that each has an alignment and an ability score), my attempt to assign them is only a first draft, and it should be updated once we get the full deck.
Also, an extended Deck of Many things (or a completely new one - call it Deck of Fate) utilising all 54 cards would be a great idea, too.
So, don't be shy, people, let us hear your suggestions.
Balance: Change alignment instantly. N INT
Comet: Defeat the next monster you meet to gain one level. CE STR
Donjon: You are imprisoned. LE DEX
Euryale: -1 penalty on all saving throws henceforth. NE WIS
The Fates: Avoid any situation you choose . . . once. CN DEX
Flames: Enmity between you and an outsider. NE CHA
Fool: Lose 10,000 experience points and you must draw again. CN WIS
Gem: Gain your choice of twenty-five pieces of jewelry or fifty gems. NG DEX
Idiot: Lose Intelligence (permanent drain). You may draw again. NE INT
Jester: Gain 10,000 XP or two more draws from the deck. CN INT
Key: Gain a major magic weapon. NG STR
Knight: Gain the service of a 4th-level fighter. LN STR
Moon: You are granted 1d4 wishes. NG WIS
Rogue: One of your friends turns against you. CE CHA
Ruin: Immediately lose all wealth and real property. NE CON
Skull: Defeat dread wraith or be forever destroyed. CE CON
Star: Immediately gain a +2 inherent bonus to one ability score. NG CON
Sun: Gain beneficial medium wondrous item and 50,000 XP. NG ING
Talons: All magic items you possess disappear permanently. NE CHA
Throne: Gain a +6 bonus on Diplomacy checks plus a small keep. NG CHA
Vizier: Know the answer to your next dilemma. LG INT
The Void: Body functions, but soul is trapped elsewhere. LE WIS
