And to chime in on the spaceship topic a bit...
Those who are familiar with the old adventure "Expedition to the Barrier Peaks" have a bit of a head start on seeing how our spaceship is going to be treated, I suspect. The ship's in a remote part of the world, but unlike "Expedition" I suspect we'll be exploring how the ship's inhabitants and technology are affecting Numeria a bit more. The majority of the folk of Numeria likely think of the ship's technology as magic anyway.
In any event, don't expect to see much spaceship talk leaking out of Numeria. I'm well aware of the fact that a lot of our readers don't enjoy mixing fantasy with science fiction; I'm normally in that camp, but both Expedition to the Barrier Peaks and Temple of the Frog pulled that stunt off in interesting ways. That's the feel we're going for there.

That said... there aren't a lot of half-orcs OR half-elves in Golarion either.
I thought it was appropriately unpleasant that most of the half-orcs in Varisia were deliberately fathered by raiders from the Hold of Belkzen because of their cooler temperament et cetera. Imagine having that in your past - not every gamer is going to be interested in a character with that kind of thing weighing on her shoulders, but some will.
And hey, there's also that town in Varisia which encourages interracial relationships, if you want a happier background for your PC.

When I think of crashed spaceship I think of Wizardry 8. I'm looking forward to getting to investigate it and I hope there's a whole AP about it rather than just a GMM.
Honestly if everything's technological, I'm making sure I have shatter. That'll take care of plasma rifles (worked great on that wand-holding rifle thingy in Entombed With the Pharoahs, man did I piss that guy off)

Half-orcs remain in the game. And yes, most of them are probably the result of orcs raping human women. That actually does make me a little uncomfortable as well
I just went through much of the last part of Burnt Offerings with my players. Catacombs of Wrath and the whole Lamashtu theme, followed by Thistletop and Thistletop Dungeon Level 1 and the whole Lamashtu theme again. Add all that monsterbearing and whatever implications your mind draws from those (well, one player asked "If Lamashtu is the Mother of Monsters, who's the Father?" and we couldn't come up with a conclusive answer, but we suspect it's something nasty) with what I read in Skinsaw, and I find the origin of half-orcs not that disturbing.
As readers of "Hook Mountain Massacre" doubtless know, we aren't afraid to include more mature themes in Pathfinder or GameMastery products
And downright sick! Don't forget downright sick. :)

Well, as far as the monster-fathering question just brought up...

Thanks James
It really cool that you guys will "Not be rolling over" to match what those wizards on the coast will be doing, even if you do go 4e, you'll still put out material that stays away from a video game or some horrible Saturday morning cartoon toy commercial. Bravo to the Paizo team! I shall purchase Pathfinder!
BTW-I like tieflings kinda cool for that rare character/npc-However entire cities...C'mon now..
