Aso
By the way, Aso. If there is something you want to buy, just assume you manage to track it down over the course of the day if it is non-magic, unless you want to haggle it out. Prices are running just slightly higher than the PHB in Raam atm, though no need to gouge yourself.
To be fair, I reckon I should drop the leather armour and add it's cost into the rest of the crap. Does that qualify as slightly higher? I'd hate to take advantage of your generosity as a DM. (Kruelaid barely stifles his laughter...again, jibes all in fun.)
Holdrus Rippor
My jibes were also in fun, I was surprised that everyone let go of the only treasure we had so easily when we need equipment so badly. It was funny to read! Although Holdrus is hurt that after trying so hard to befriend Aso, the little twerp made him play a game of chance for the sword instead of a "Holdrus friend, Holdrus take". He will probably be much further hurt when he learns that the club he crafted for his little friend was casually tossed aside without a second thought....callous little bastard. All RP though so it's all good!

Apparently the -2 club was salable. Congratulations craftsman.
Aso would have given the sword to Holdrus. He trusts Holdrus and Zuko above all others, although he knows the bugs, Faindriac, and Shenker will watch his back and they can be trusted. He has learned though, that he should not snatch stuff because the envious glances of his brothers make him sad. In truth, it was Kruelaid who wanted to roll the dice because the players here are his friends. Also, both Kruelaid and Aso wanted to see if Shenker's ranting about fate was true.
Faindriac Fellstar
"F...F...F..Faindriac, j...j...jerky?"
Faindriac pulls himself out of his muttering about being too obvious with simple questions and looks at the offering with a raised eyebrow.
'Fain, That's not the same stuff he kept in his,...'
"NO! Ah, I mean, 'No, Thank You' Aso. I'm not hungry at the moment."
Faindriac turns his attention back to listening to passer-byes while the crystal flashes softly in what might be laughter. A moment later he turns his head back to Aso, both eyebrows raised.
"Nice gear."
Faindriac Fellstar
Frying pans, yipes! Hm, Frying pan Vs. teh 25lb scofield Bible,... I would have to take bets on that battle! :D
Faindriac gives Aso one of his rare, sincere, half-smiles, and nods at Radik when he suggests they are done here. "The people are saying that we should look in the richer part of town for this 'Sauna', so we should head over there. Is everyone ready?" He looks around to be certain they leave no one behind. and then heads towards the district mentioned by the merchant.

When they attack Holdrus, he will attack the lead one with his sword, biting back any noises typical in combat...
1d20+8=26, 1d6+4=8.Initiative for after the held action= 1d20=20 +my initiative modifier of +7= 27, so I will post a second set of actions.
2 attacks on either the 1st on I hit or on another after he falls-1d20+8=10, 1d6+4=5, 1d20+8=16, 1d6+4=5 then a 5' step towards the wall.

"This is ex...extragavant!"
"Coming children?" Faindriac asks, looking over his shoulder with a raised eyebrow.
'Do we REALLY need them Fain?'
'Yes Cair. Probably more than we realize. Now behave and help me locate this Sauna.'
Zuko
Alas, Aso can no longer conveniently flip his genitals at Radik behind the greyskin's back. He strides along behind Radik, Faindriac, and Malaki, doing his best to imitate Radik's bold carriage and long strides.
Pleased with his gear, he smiles at all who glance in his direction.
"Hey, Aso. Leave any money for the whores?"

Day Crew:
The party regroups, departing the Market swiftly amid envious glares from the downtrodden and intensified hawking from the merchants following Aso’s swaggering.
After inquiring several times regarding the location of Hainvar’s, the party finally arrives at the far side of the noble’s district to a hollowed out shell of a building. Slaves work beneath the rising heat of the sun to clear away rubble, while a sign proclaims in common: “This business closed by order of Dregoth. Have a pleasant day.”
Before long, you notice the elf who spoke up at the market standing nearby. “Raided last night for sedition,” he comments, nodding towards the building. “Sorry about following you. I smelled opportunity.”
MalaKi
MalaKi casually positions himself so that he is flanking the elf with Aso. After moving MalaKi looks at the elf with a sad expression and says, “Following us was a bad idea, elf. I’m afraid you may have mistaken the smell of opportunity with the aroma of your own grave. Speak quickly and truthfully about why you have followed us. My friends have little patience for fools…or elves.”
G'mork
The elf begins, “If I had a ceramic piece for every rube that threatened me needlessly, I’d be as rich as a sorcerer king.”
“Let’s dispense with the pleasantries, then: It would be better for my tribe if the Dust Runners did not have such a stranglehold on certain sections of the city. You seem to be interested in causing trouble with them. You ask around about them brazenly in the market, and now here you are at the raided spa, the contents of which the Templars sold to their tribe for a pittance.”
“I hate sand worms, you hate sandworms. We all hate sandworms. Get it?”
Holdrus Rippor
I love our group's blind hatred of all things elven. It's gonna be a REAL hard sell to get the group to work with/for elves, Beeler. Hell, I bet it's gonna be a real hard sell for the group to not KILL any slimy elves that speak to them. May wanna change the elven contacts to another race....unless this is intentional...
Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik
Zuko
Zuko moves to the rear to block the elf's avenue of escape. He looks around if the elf has any companions.
Rolled a 7.
Zuko activates his inertial armor just in case. AC now 17
"I am willing to listen for the moment. But if I don't like what I hear... well it's a nice time to have a barbecue, don't you agree, guys?"
Faindriac Fellstar
"I agree Zuko" Faindriac states as he assumes a ready position with his staff. He then addresses the elf.
"You are observant to realize that we do indeed hold no love for the Dust Runners. But I'm afraid that you may have misinterpreted what you have seen. Allow me to elucidate."
"We, " He indicates the group now surrounding the elf, "have a predisposition of unpleasantness towards ALL elves, due to an unfortunate encounter while traveling. So, to most of us, one dead elf is as good as another. HOWEVER, I am a reasonable sentient, and as you do not seem to be associated with the group that caused us grief, I am willing to entertain any proposition that you may have. I merely tell you this so that you realize that you face a VERY tough audience. Personally Zuko, I'll wager one ceramic coin that Radik can't control himself long enough to let the elf finish his first sentence."
He glances at Radik, "Or can you?"
Faindriac Fellstar
'Well 'Psychic', put your money where your mouth is.'
'Shuttup Cair.'
"Faindriac, Radik's got you there."
Faindriac murmurs back to Zuko. "He hasn't spoken yet,..." But his hand automatically reaches over and touches his pouch, verifying his few coins remain within.
"So we're not g...g...g...gonna k.k...k...kill him?"
Faindriac glances at Aso, "Not just yet my diminutive companion. Patience. If his proposition is as interesting as he claims, we should have the opportunity soon."
Faindriac look at the elf again. "Very well, it seems you have successfully focused our attention. I suggest you not waste the opportunity."

Ah, Divine Justice; the spirits have spoken; Cluck, Chick, Chick; Cheer on the jackals! Take a defensive posture ready to strike if this "divine justice" begins to spread.
To the party: "Click, chomp; perhaps we should move as this may bring unwanted attention or hide though it seems a planned occurance, the muls drop flesh; the jackals eat the weak, natural order. What say you?"
to the group:
the elf tounge waves like the flag of nations changing directions as easily as the wind and thus changing alligence (schech, click) as easily;
To the elf:
no yea elf, we will feast on your flesh and dry you bones bleached in rocks near the sun if you seek to enslave us with sweet words and empty promises. Your words have no power here; what proof do you bring to back up your words; what spirits do you follow? thus you are but an ant in a hive easily crushed when alone or do you profess to be a clan leader; is your clan committed to this action? if so, then tell us why; and give proof of deeds done against your tribe and deeds you did or seek in vengence; thus I at least will listen, for I declare no being an enemy outright and give all the right to choose. What do you choose elf?
Holdrus Rippor
"Take him, someone. We will need to speak to him. He was inside and can give us info about what lies within." Holdrus will hand the half-elf up to his companions and try to climb over the wall to rejoin his companions. (if possible, if not he will do something else)
*Thank you, Scirocco. If you detect the Jackels please let me know....*
