You generally know where you are. This power is useful to characters who end up at unfamiliar destinations after teleporting, using a gate, or traveling to or from other planes of existence. The power reveals general information about your location as a feeling or presentiment. The information is usually no more detailed than a summary that locates you according to a prominent local or regional site. Using this power also tells you what direction you are facing.

Using this power prior to making a Knowledge (the planes) check with astral caravan grants a +2 bonus on the check.

Psionic Displacement

If you have a claw attack (either from an actual natural weapon or from an effect such as claws of the beast) or a bite attack (which could be a natural bite attack or one you gain by means of the power bite of the wolf), you can use this power to provide one of your natural weapons a +1 enhancement bonus on attack rolls and damage rolls.
Augment

If you spend 4 additional power points, this power’s duration increases to 1 hour per level.

In addition, for every 4 additional power points you spend, this power improves the natural weapon’s enhancement bonus on attack rolls and damage rolls by 1.

Background

Spoiler:
Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik is a skilled hunter and a proud member of a nomadic tribe of Thri-kreen.

...Or, at least, he was until he was exiled.

During a hunt in the barren wastes, Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik happened upon a lone elf. This was not entirely unusual and the hunter was willing to allow the soft-skinned sand walker to pass since he was hunting larger prey. However, the elf walked straight toward the camouflaged thri-kreen, altering his course through the barrens as the insectoid hunter moved. When the elf was several yards away, Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik readied his spear, sprinted forward and leapt at the delicious elf.

The elf dropped to the dry earth and rolled aside as the thri-kreen drove his spear downward to impale the ground where the wanderer (with its porous pink skin and pulpy, water-filled sacks of intestine) once stood. With his other two arms, Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik threw his chatchka: this time, the elf merely swatted them aside. The wanderer began to speak a slew of harsh phrases that were unfamiliar to the thri-kreen's sensory organs...

Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik's will was not his own.

With long, bounding leaps and strides, the hunter found his tribe.

He did not acknowledge his clutchmates with smell or speech. He encircled the temporary encampment with his psionic camouflage and made entrance the hide tent of the tribe's elemental cleric.

A swift jab planted the hunter's decorated spear, uniquely his own, into the cleric's head. Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik rummaged through the sacks of religious paraphenalia to find what the elf commanded him to find.

A ceramic disk, smooth and unweathered with strange markings carved into its outer edge.

The hunter sprinted back to the elf, aware the whole time of what he had done. Of how he had betrayed his clutchmates and what would happen to him when he returned.

He presented the disk to the filthy, tricksy elf. How the thri-kreen longed to sheer its pointy-eared head off and drink its hot blood. Wear its flesh as a trophy and devour its bones. The creature smirked as Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik stood in impotent fury, his antennae quivering. It spoke another word, and the hunter couldn't move. The elf strode away, the harsh wind whistling through the canyons and whipping its dust-stained cloak.

Dawn painted the dry landscape in pink and gold when his clutchmates found him. The acrid stench of their bewildered disgust and disbelief still haunts the hunter to this day.

He was brought before the eldest of the clutch. He was asked to answer for his crime. With shame, Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik told of the filthy, disgusting elf that stole his will, forced him to kill their beloved cleric and steal the ceramic disk.

The eldest's pheremones were a mix of anger and pity when it passed down the hunter's sentence: since the spear was his, but the will was another's, Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik must track down the elf, avenge the slain shaman and bring the stolen disk back to his clutch for the cleric's successor. Then he may be forgiven.

Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik took to the trail that day, tracking the treacherous elf day and night. Many hunts and skirmishes lay between him and the site of his crime, but he continues without hesitation. Drink its blood, crush its heart and carry its husk over the barrens to his clutch he will. Or die trying.

When he reached the Raam area, however, he lost the trail of his quarry and things got...complicated.

Characteristics
Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik is a thri-kreen of sandy yellow coloration standing six foot six inches tall and weighing two hundred and forty pounds. The hunter is very controlled in his movements; in most situations, he stands very still and avoids making any excess noise. Should prey or a combat situation occur, however, he explodes into movement, making extensive use of his great mobility and natural weapons. Common is not his native language and he is physiologically incapable of using certain words, due to the makeup of his mouth and tongue (p,b,f,v and m are sounds he cannot make). Since thin-shelled races are incapable of discerning thri-kreen pheremone secretions and their meaning, Kirrish-Kreshk-Skiklik declares his intentions before speaking in order to prevent misunderstanding. He has no concept of deception through speech and never lies. Because he finds common so difficult (for example; he cannot use the intensifier "very" and so instead says a word twice in order to drive home the point) many assume that he is stupid. Sometimes, this can play to his advantage.

"This one states: you are looking tasty tasty this day."

Equipment at present: Several lengths of rope, sack containing several severed elf tongues, a kank named Glurrsskku-skruk, makeshift Kreen padded armor, five Courtier’s Outfits (three male, two female), and one exceptional garment complete with a small pouch of jewelry ( Noble’s Outfit; male, with a garnet studded wristband, bronze pinkie ring, and a signet ring displaying a set of side-by-side cahulaks). Matron Jet, the talking Gythka.
