Help me please, a relationship is at steak!!!

The title is an inside joke, but the query is real. My fiance keeps telling me about her D&D miniatures tournaments she used to go to in which she used a lich queen miniature. I've been searching, but the only lich queen that I can come up with is from a recent expansion. The one she's referring to has to have been out for at least a year. Does anyone have any idea what miniature she's referring to?

I'd guess it's the Vlaakith the Lich Queen mini from the Blood War set. That would have come out about November 2006.
