If I were running the campaign, I'd probably prefer to end it there. The game doesn't really support 16th+ level play all that well (at least, from what I hear), and 15th level is a fine place to end things.
If there is a GameMastery module for 15th level available, that's certainly an option. Just adapt it to Varisia.

Once RotRL is over and we have a group of 15th level Characters will there be Gamemastery or other modules to use tied to Varasia if the group would rather keep playing with those Characters than starting afresh with at 1st level Characters for Pathfinder #7?
How would you wrap up the Campaign?
The campaign DOES wrap up at the end of Runelords, actually. Going on from there would be starting a new campaign.

I also would like to see some high level modules for those that want to continue their characters after the campaign. Maybe a module on what the Lords of the Fortress they gained have to face in that region after the Runelord is put down...
I still think if Pathfinder goes to 4e a follow up to RotR from 15th to 30th level would be awesome. Bringing in one or two more Runelords...

I'm sure we'll see some type of "What's next?" section of the last module for every AP. It would be better to see a "Guide to Retirement" series of article at the conclusion of each AP. We can all use a little advice for turning PCs into high level NPCs in Magnimar for RotRL, Korvosa for CotCT, etc.

There'll be a little of this, but not much. A "guide to retirement" is a cool concept, but for Runelords, we just don't have the time or space to do TOO much. There'll be something there that talks about continuing the campaign beyond "Rise of the Runelords," including a bit about what happens if Karzoug wins (it's bad, trust me), also.

What to do when ROTRL is over.. find Seoni.. romance her... marry her. :P
No seriously, in any printed campaign setting, there is very little to do when you reach this level. Even with the 1-30 scale Wizards is trying to push with 4th edition, there's still going to be a point where there's still nothing to do.
If your DM really wants to continue adventuring with that party of characters I would suggest breaking out the Incursion stuff from dragon and dungeon from way back when and modifying it for a high level invasion. :)

We have a Dragon Shaman in our group and I plan to give her the Dragon information at our next session. I figure she will then want to go to Dragonfall after everything is done. I plan to use that module with them and boost it up to make it challenging. Just a thought.

Once PCs get to 15th-17th level and complete a major plotline, it's usually best to take a break and start with a new bunch of characters. "Semi-retirement" is a solution I use: the PCs establish/take over a business/church/government position/guild/university (whatever fits the character), but are available for occasional high level one-shots or short arcs. That way they can act as mentors/patrons/superiors to the new PCs and are still available for adventures when needed.
The last five "normal" levels and the beginning of epic play are a difficult range to play in. Balancing encounters is a pain and the changing relationship the PCs have with the world around them as they transition from heroes to legends make it tough to maintain a suspension of disbelief if they are constantly adventuring.

You mean I'm not suppose to use the first encounter goblins to kill off their PCs in a bloodbath of violence and hate in the final scene? Well guess I have to rework all of my plans then.
