The above-referenced order was placed last November 15, 2007 and according to my order history the same was shipped on November 22, 2007 via US Priority Mail (6 to 10 business days in transit). This means that the order should have been delivered by December 7, 2007 at the latest.
Today is December 11, 2007 in the Philippines or December 10, 2007 there in the U.S., and my order has not yet arrived. Should I be worried?

Your order was shipped via USPS International Priority, which has an estimated delivery time of 6-10 days, so under normal circumstances it should have arrived by December 7. However your order shipped out on the day before Thanksgiving, and a four-day holiday weekend. Holidays tend to delay USPS shipments, and given that this is the beginning of the holiday season, you should probably expect a slight delay.
All this is to say that... No, you probably needn't worry yet.
If you still haven't seen your package by December 21 (which is 20 business days, double the estimate), please let me know at that point and I will take another look a that time.
Thanks,
cos

I got today a package containing: the Books of Fiends under Order No. 823461 which was shipped on November 29, 2007 via USPS Package Service (estimated 11 to 40 business days). For that I thank Paizo.
However, its arrival today begs the question: where is the package containing Order No. 834548? I would appreciate any information leading to the delivery of the said Order.

It is now December 21, 2007 here in the Philippines and the package is not yet here. I'd appreciate the "look" that you promised you'd make, Cosmo.
Thanks and Merry Christmas. :D

We do our best to replace the order and if we can't replace the items for some reason (like they are now out of print) we will refund your money.-Lisa
I know it's that time of year when you just want work to end so you can get down to celebrating.
However, I have to ask: can PAIZO still ship the items listed in my order, considering that the package has not yet arrived despite the lapse of twice the estimated time of delivery?
