Another shipping question : no more discount ?

Hi Customer Service,

I have a huge shipping cart waiting for my payment.

My MAIN question is : I seem to be above 100 USD in my cart, and when I get to pay, I have no 10 USD of chipping cost's discount calculated (does it still exist ?). Is that normal ?

Also, I'd like to know if 2-3 of the Green Ronin products I couldn't get (bow & blade for example) will be available again at that price ?

Do you have a pre-order item in your cart, maybe that new $5 Gamemastery module? No shipping discount on pre-orders I believe.

That's right...

But since I try to get only one shipping (otherwise it's quite expensive to Europe), I thought it was still applying (and didn't know that rule).

Why does the shipping have to be so expensive to Europe (lots of Green Ronin products + some other stuff = about 94 USD shipping cost) ?

Because, over a certain weight, shipping fees work differently.

I've seen many others have that same problem. They worked around it by doing many small orders of 2-3 books, and they saved a lot of money in the end (even considering that 100$ purchase would give them 10$ rabate). You might want to try this yourself and see how much you can save. You could end up with 5-6 orders with 10$ or less shipping fee, as opposed to one big with 90$ shipping.
