Here are some that I came up with. I've never used them in play, so I don't really know how they'll work, but I tried to make sure they were balanced.
Blessed Blast
Lesser; 4th; Eldritch Essence
This eldritch essence invocation allows you to change your eldritch blast into a blessed blast. A blessed blast is infused with positive energy. Any living creature struck by the blast will be healed of injuries, gaining 3d6 hit points back. Any undead struck by the blast must make a Will save or suffer 3d6 points of damage.
Darkstorm Blast
Lesser; 3rd; Eldritch Essence
This eldritch essence invocation allows you to change your eldritch blast into a darkstorm blast. A darkstorm blast does electrical damage. Any creature struck by the attack must succeed on a Fortitude save or take 3d4 points of electrical damage and be stunned for 1 round.
Deadly Anchor
Greater; 6th
This invocation allows you to use dimensional anchor as the spell. In addition to the normal effect, if the target attempts to use one of the blocked spells the creature takes 1d6 points of damage.
Deft Hands
Least; 2nd
You invoke this ability to improve your manual dexterity. You gain a +6 bonus on Disable Device, Open Locks, and Sleight of Hand checks for 24 hours.
Eldritch Aura
Least; 1st
This blast shape invocation causes your eldritch blast to surround you in a shimmering field. The next creature to successfully strike you with a melee attack suffers the damage of the eldritch blast.
Mystic Knowledge
Least; 2nd
By invoking this ability you gain the benefit of increased arcane insight. You gain a +6 bonus on Concentration, Decipher Script, and Spellcraft checks for 24 hours.
Perceptive Mind
Least; 2nd
Invoking this ability provides mental alertness. You gain a +6 bonus on Listen, Sense Motive, and Spot checks for 24 hours.
Vilescream Blast
Lesser; 3rd; Eldritch Essence
This eldritch essence invocation allows you to change your eldritch blast into a vilescream blast. A vilescream blast does sonic damage. Any creature struck by the attack must succeed on a Fortitude save or take 3d4 points of sonic damage and be deafened for 1 round.
I also came up with a magic ring specifically for Warlocks:
Ring of Invocation
This ring comes in two kinds (ring of least invocation, or ring of lesser invocation), each of which is only useful to a warlock. The wearer gains one additional invocation of the appropriate level as long as the ring is worn. If the ring is removed or destroyed, the wearer immediately loses this benefit.
Moderate (least) or strong (lesser) (no school); CL 11th (least), 14th (lesser); Forge Ring, limited wish; Price 20,000 gp (least), 40,000 gp (lesser).

Dead Man's Tongue
Lesser; 3rd
By invoking this ability, the warlock may use speak with dead, as the spell, as a caster of the same level, to commune with the spirits of the departed.
Oddly enough, I came up with something remarkably similar to Aberzombie's Blessed Blast, except that I called it "The Wrath of Angels." The warlock was cast in blue flickering holy flames when he invoked that ability, and could only heal 1d6 damage (for balance reasons). Otherwise, the two are eerily similar . . .
Aberzombie, I demand that you get out of my head!

Great new ideas, guys! I like the Blessed Blast and will incorporate it, but I think I'll limit it to 1d6 too, just because it's at will. I'm going to use Vilescream Blast as well (love the name!), but I won't limit it to 3d6, it'll just do regular Eldritch Blast damage as sonic damage, and fort save vs. deafness for 1 round.
Question about Eldritch Aura (Which I intend to use also): What do you think the duration should be? And would it end after it was activated once?

These are just ideas I have played around with.
Lesser
Level: 4 (?)
Lacerating Whip: The blast forms into the shape of a whip and causes slashing damage to the target.
Greater or Lesser (not sure. also not sure of level)
Mind-numbing Blast: The warlock can cause Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma damage to the target. For every die of damage that the warlock sacrifices the blast causes 1 point of ability damage to the chosen attribute. All damage must be to a single attribute. the victim is entitled to a Will save to avoid the ability damage.
