Pantheon All-Stars

4th Edition

Bane and all has got me thinking. Were you to try to create one composite pantheon of all the greatest hits deities of all time--who would you put on the list?

Scarab Sages

Hmm, great question.

Thor
Cthulu
Set

Are probably my favorite deities. I like Osiris too, but in an academic way rather than any coolness factor.

I'm a Greyhawk-lover (is that legal?) add:

St Cuthbert
Heironeous
Iuz

Vecna
Cthulu
Thor
Odin
Loki
Hel
Tiamat
Bahamut
Lolth
Hades
Hextor
Heironeous
St. Cuthbert
Lilith
Kelanen
Vaprak
Wee Jas
...to name a few (I'm sure there are plenty others i'm forgetting right now).

For LG: Bahamut, Torm
For LN: St. Cuthbert
For LE: Wee Jas, Bane, Tiamat
For CG: Corellon, Thor, Eilistraee
For CN: Drendari, Tempus?
For CE: Lolth, Iuz
For NG: Mielikki, Madriel?
For N:
For NE: Belsameth?

Admittedly, I drew from a variety of sources here. I'm not entirely sure about several of them, so they got the '?' for uncertainty about whether they'd make the all-stars or not. There aren't any N deities coming to mind just now that really appeal to me. I also tried to avoid putting everyone and their counterpart in, but some rivalries are worth it (Bahamut/Tiamat, Bane/Torm, Lolth/Corellon or Eilstraee). I'd be open to suggestions as to a great pick for the N deity would be.

Bacchus
Thor
Zeus
Wee Jas
Vecna
St. Cuthbert
Moradin
Pelor
Loviator
Bane
Paladine (Bahamut)
Tikhasis (Tiamat)_
Anubis
Set
Isis
Maui
Tanaroa
