It was funny.
The guy playing the DM is a confirmed comic book nerd and I'd be willing to bet a thousand bucks that he has played D&D recently, if he's not in a regular campaign.
People need to lighten up a little.

-Fumes- I refuse to lighten up. It is my costitutional right to be as much a pain in the rear as I want to. Unless you think and believe the way I do, then you are wrong! Burn all the heathens! And Heathanssons too!

Kruelaid wrote:Comedy Central?Basic cable service in the United States used to have a viacom produced comedy channel called HA! (I think... it didn't last long). Then came MTV owned Comedy Central. Originally just a place to see half hour and hour long sets from different comedians they nurtured The Daily Show with Craig Kilbourne and then John Stewart until it was a major stop for 18-30 year olds looking for news with a comedic twist. Many emmys later and their newer The Colbert Report show is also very popular. Comedy Central also makes a big deal out of its celebrity roasts.
And the funniest of the MST3K shows were created for this channel...remember those Turkey Day marathons of backtobacktobacktoback episodes of all the Gameras and Sidehackers and Pod People?
