It's o.k. the Jade, the needs of the many, and so on.

Personally, I have a hard time watching the Family Guy for a lot of the same reasons.

I love the family guy.

But I can see sy people don't.
Each to his or her own.

Some of Sarah Silverman's first standup is funny. Some of her songs are funny. This video wasn't very funny, and I usually think that making fun of gamers is hilarious. All been done before though, and much better.

Geeks are best at making fun of geeks.

Liberty's Edge

I just knew this guy that looked and acted like the baby on that show, so it's good.

TRUE DAT!!!

Sarah Silverman makes fun of everyone. Blacks, gays, mexicans, you name it; that's her shtick. By being so blatantly bigotted and backwards, she's demonstrating how rediculous it is to think down on all the groups that she makes fun of.

Loved the show, and I couldn't stop cracking up at the D&D scenes.

It was funny.

The guy playing the DM is a confirmed comic book nerd and I'd be willing to bet a thousand bucks that he has played D&D recently, if he's not in a regular campaign.

People need to lighten up a little.

-Fumes- I refuse to lighten up. It is my costitutional right to be as much a pain in the rear as I want to. Unless you think and believe the way I do, then you are wrong! Burn all the heathens! And Heathanssons too!

My only thought on the subject: Sarah Silverman is Funny, she makes me laugh, I saw her live it was hilarious. Plus she's hot. Really HOT

Comedy Central?

Basic cable service in the United States used to have a viacom produced comedy channel called HA! (I think... it didn't last long). Then came MTV owned Comedy Central. Originally just a place to see half hour and hour long sets from different comedians they nurtured The Daily Show with Craig Kilbourne and then John Stewart until it was a major stop for 18-30 year olds looking for news with a comedic twist. Many emmys later and their newer The Colbert Report show is also very popular. Comedy Central also makes a big deal out of its celebrity roasts.

And the funniest of the MST3K shows were created for this channel...remember those Turkey Day marathons of backtobacktobacktoback episodes of all the Gameras and Sidehackers and Pod People?
