Dear Customer Service,
I was prepping for a game and opened a book from my subscription service for the first time, and noticed it is MISSING many pages.
I have emailed pictures showing that it skips from Page 8 - 25.
Please advise on what I need to do to obtain a replacement.

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look at your pictures in the inbox, and it does seem that there was an error in the binding process. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. I've set up a replacement in your sidecart to be sent out with your next round of subscriptions, so you should receive it soon!

UPDATE: I apologize, but I believe I spoke too soon. I had not realized that this was one of the older Player Companions, which is now out of print and unavailable. I'm very sorry for the confusion, but I will not be able to send you a replacement as we do not have any. Since I'm unable to replace the damaged copy for you, I've refunded the purchase price back to your account in the form of store credit. You should see that available immediately for use on any future Paizo.com purchase. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help out. Thank you for your understanding!

Hi John,
They are out of print. As far as I know, I haven't heard of this being a widespread problem, so unfortunately it seems like it was a fluke. Normally we would have gladly replaced it for you, but since we don't have any more in inventory and we don't reprint Player Companions, the likelihood that we'll get any more of them is almost definitely zero.
I'm very sorry I couldn't get you another copy, but I hope you're able to find another way to use the book. You should still have access to the PDF, which should have all the correct pages. You may still be able to find online retailers who still have a copy!
