I was at Borders when I saw one book about Rokugan and I really liked but first I'd like to know more before buying it. I'd appreciate if you guys posted any info about it or any websites I should look for. Other thing: I saw that there was another system than D20 for Rokugan.. How does that work? What's Void, clans, etc. blablbala...

Well first of all, there's a wiki for it--very helpful!

The other mechanic system is a d10 system where you roll dice equal to your stat plus your skill. You save a number of dice equal to your stat and discard the others, adding the total to beat a DC. Void counts as a pool of basically action dice to add extra dice to actions. 10s are rerolled to add yet more successes, so you keep those if you can.
Void: The cosmic energy that allows people to attain superhuman concentration and focus. It is one of the Five Rings of elements (the others being Fire, Air, Water, and Earth).
Clans: Society in Rokugan was started by gods who fell to earth and established a ruling caste over humanity. These gods founded their clans symbolized by various animals
Lion: Fearless and absolutely loyal, but also bloodthirsty and arrogant
Crane: Graceful artists, eloquant politicians and talented duelists, but can be vain and frivolous
Scorpion: Highly political information brokers and spymasters who all wear masks
Crab: Rough and unrefined, huge in stature, defenders of a great wall (like Great Wall of China) that protects Rokugan from a southern land of demons and undead called the Shadowlands
Dragon: Reclusive mountain dwelling historians, warrior monks, and two weapon fighters
Phoenix: Pacifist arbiters between the clans and powerful mages
Unicorn: Mongol influenced wild-hearted horsemen
