His deceptive veil he has a +23 on his disguise check to make himself look like a medium size human pirate. The party probably won't know exactly what they're fighting until after the battle is over, hopefully provoking a nice "Wow, that was an Ogre Mage!?!?!" reaction from your group.

Excellent work Takasi, and a fine idea too ! I like what Mearl has made of the ogre mage and the beholder a lot. Consider this NPC idea *stolen* :))
One little remark if I may. The Melee two-weapon full attack should read "[...] and mwk punching dagger +12 (1d6+3/*3)". the -5 only applies to the 2nd attack of the main hand if I'm not mistaken.
