I showed the information about the Item Packs to the owner of my Friendly Local Gaming Store. He was impressed, and planned to order some for his store (both the initial deck and the first expansion set). A couple of weeks later, he let me know that although he contacted several distributors, he was unable to get them - none of his distributors cared to obtain this product.
Are there particular distributors my FLGS should contact? Or can he order them directly from Paizo at the appropriate reseller price? I'm not sure what to tell him. Thanks!

He needs to order from a distributor. Any distributor that already carries Dragon or Dungeon can easily order them from us.
I know we've already sold Item Packs to ACD, Aladdin, Alliance, Blackhawk, Centurion, Global, Premier, RPV, Esdevium (UK), Hobby Japan (Japan), Lion Rampant (Canada), Ulisses Spiele (Germany), Welt der Speile (Germany) and Walrus & Carpenter (Australia).

My games shop has trouble getting the item pack also. (germany) I think I should give them the hint that they should try to order over the german retailers you mentioned...

I just told them about Welt der Spiele and Ulisses Games. They said that they won´t deal with Welt der Spiele anymore, as they were unreliable in the past (with delivering Dungeon and Dragon Magazines, mind you !), but they will try Ulisses Games. We will see.

Sorry for letting this hang for so long. I´ve been to my shop today, (to pick up my copy of Fiendish Codex I)and the owner told me that Welt der Spiele did forward the magazines erratically (which, in fact, was one reason for me to subscribe), as well as other products, and they weren´t reliable in forwarding info on new products, so they don´t deal with them anymore. Their current retailer does not seem to have the item packs available, but I don´t recall which one it is. But they get paizo products otherwise from them, which seems strange.
My games shop is even officially listed on the wizards store list, they are: Das Spielbrett, Goschenstrasse 26, D-31134 Hildesheim, phone would be (add int. preselect number)0512136392 (but I doubt you will phone them ?)
