In the Lands of Theia, adventure never waits.

Welcome to the first campaign setting that details the shattered worlds for Pathfinder 1st Edition. Magical sky races, volcanic jungles, steam-powered metropolises, and continent-spanning cave networks are only some of the wonders that await adventurers in this fantasty realm.

With a wealth of options at their disposal, players can experience exciting new ways to build memorable characters. Gamemasters will enjoy a first look at the world of Theia and its many varied people, while spotlights and story hooks act as windows through which we introduce plots to help jumpstart a game or expanded upon in future adventure paths.

Highlights:

  • 10 new races — cabaro (owlfolk), canites (dogfolk), deathless, dworgs (orc/dwarf), gilahn lizardfolk, gnolls, half-dwarves, leporines (rabbitfolk), kerata lizardfolk, Theian orcs
  • Updated options for existing races.
  • 13 new classes that highlight the different styles in Theia without overshadowing what already exists. Play as a barrier sentinel, an adventuring noble, or a necromancer that controls ancient, fossilized beasts in the same party as a druid, paladin, or rogue. The full list also includes astrologer, censor, cultist, dragon speaker, gladiator, marshal, mercenari, sohei, thaumaturge, and zealot.
  • Character options for new and existing classes allow players to experience the world in their own way and stick to something familiar and still get a taste of what Theia has to offer.
  • New deity domains, spells, and spellcaster lists.
  • Equipment, feats, and multiclass options.
  • A vibrant, detailed chapter describing Theia's 15 countries and regions, including NPCs, towns, cities, and other locations a GM can explore with their party or begin a story all their own. Deities, planes, and rules for sky racing round out this chapter.
  • Now that we hit our stretch goal on the Kickstarter, we are also including a full chapter of monsters and NPCs, including the fearsome kyver dragons.

Huh, I almost confused this for Thea(2): The Shattering related thing because of similar name xD

We have updated this product as we continue toward finishing it for print.

This updated edition of Lands of Theia now includes all of the remaining races we unlocked during our Kickstarter, as well as the astrologer and shizukari (formerly, the sohei) classes. We also added the NPC stats for our custom requests and cleaned up the existing content.

The next update is expected to be our last with the remaining monsters and archetypes added before sending the book out to get a print proof. Enjoy!

This is it, everybody. The final PDF version of Lands of Theia for Pathfinder 1e is complete. Here's a summary of what we've added to bring the book to 287 pages total.

* Resolved various small edits, such as grammar and spelling. Also cleaned up page references where applicable.

* Barrier sentinels are now a little more attack-oriented at 1st-level, trading tactical initiative (+2) for vital reflexes. TI +4 also trades places with opportunist.
*** Added new favored class bonuses for alkuaine, dragonkin, and tieflings.

* The Mercenary jobs muscle and protection now grant additional rounds of their special abilities (rage and barrier focus, respectively).

* Theian nobles now have a leadership style they can pick that includes the original steward option plus new choices such as merchant, paragon, sovereign, and warlord.
*** Added several new noble talents to complement and expand her leadership style.
*** Added new favored class bonuses for aasimar, atlanteans (BoMT 2018), dragonkin, goblins, ratfolk, tieflings, and vanara.

* Added a brief FYI regarding the shizukari's ki frenzy for clarity. Also added new shizukari ki powers; dramatic performer and emperor's guise.
*** Added tiefling favored class bonus and updated favored class bonuses to better reference Theian races: aasimar (god-blooded), changelings (xendauni), ratfolk (otterlings).

* With the announcement of the new Pathfinder 2e classes coming next year, thaumaturge has been renamed the thaumaturgist. This will help with clarity when looking up these classes and avoid any ambiguity.

* Added archetypes for the astrologer and shizukari

* Added feats for the astrologer and shizukari. Cleaned up the class feats table to better reference what classes get those feats when multiples are available.

* Added detect stellar alignment to the spell descriptions.

* Finished the monster chapter, adding the full list of class grafts (for simple monster creation), monsters by CR, and monsters by region & terrain.
*** Added cuca, deerlings, all kyver dragons, evil eyes, hachishaku-sama, jackalopes (including dire and wolpertinger), mary lwyds, mula sem cabecas, nopperabbos, olitiau, orishas, saci, strigoi (including a simple monster creation template graft), teke teke, todomeki, and tokoloshes.
