Would anyone know if Demogorgon has had any relationships (for good or ill) with the githyanki or mind flayers in the past? On the WotC boards, ripvanwarner pointed me to A Paladin in Hell, which I'll read through as soon as I can get one... but in the meantime, I need to know if there is anything else out there...

I don't think Demogorgon would have any grand alliances with the Illthid or Githyanki, they are probably much to devoted to Order in my opinion. Of course that doesn't mean that individual members of those races might not throw their lot in with him.
If memory serves the 3rd edition adventure Bastion of Lost Souls dealt with one aspect of Demogorgons personality coming up with a plan to kill off it's other side.

The other side of the question is whether they've ever had a history of butting heads? I'm not expecting to find anything, but needed to ask so I can make sure my research is as complete as possible.
