Dungeon #135 [New Subscriber]

Hello -

I am a new subscriber for Dungeon and Dragon magazines. I noticed that the website says my Dungeon 135 shipped on the 18th of this month. Its been about 6 days, not including sunday, and the magazine still hasnt arrived. Im pretty conveniently located in Chicago, IL, so it just seems odd that I still havent recieved my first issue.

How long does it usually take to get the issue via mail in a major city? Should I be expecting waits of 6+ days? Thanks!

As for the delivery times, we ship all of our magazines at the same time via USPS Periodicals rate (also known as BULK rate). This is the lowest shipping rate, and therefore (unfortunately) the lowest priority of deliveries for the USPS. That means that delivery times can be... erratic. A pretty good (but not guaranteed) rule of thumb for US subscribers is that if you haven't seen it within about two weeks from the ship date, let me know. If an issue gets lost in the mail you can call me, email me or post here and I will get you a replacement as soon as possible.

Hi Cosmo -

Im ok with the wait, I just wanted to make sure that it wasnt something out of the ordinary. Thanks for the update! I will certainly let you know if I dont recieve it by the time two weeks pass!
