As of right now, there have been 766 unique posters to the Age of Worms forum.

Okay, next step: for every complaint received, it represents how many people that feel the same way? 1:10? 1:4? Whatever is appropriate, we'll multiply that by 766.

Seems the average game size for Age of Worms is pretty good, I'm guessing around six.

With these numbers we can crank an estimate and answer the original question.

And since this topic has become something of a roll call: 4 players & 1 DM in Sacramento, CA.

1 DM 12 Players in 2 solid groups of 6 playing in Greyhawk. And sadly there is enough intrest for 3rd group of 6, but I do not have the time for the 3rd group at this time but I have promised them that I will start again after the 1st group finishes. So looks like I will be running AoW for the next 2 years at least. Location Evansville IN.

I just finished running the Whispering Cairn in Faerun, with a group of 5. - Worcester, MA

I am currently running AOW - in Greyhawk setting.

Myself as DM and 5 Players. We play in London/Leicester.

Thats another 6 to the count :)

DM Shane

Myself as DM and 6 players, in Nova Scotia. Campaign is set in Greyhawk. Just about to finish off 3FoE and move on to Blackwall Keep.

The Age of Worms is alive and well in Greensboro, North Carolina. It includes myself as the DM and seven players, set in the wonderful realm of Greyhawk. My entire group awaits our game night eagerly, and everyone is entirely impressed with Paizo's work.

The DM (me) and 4 players here in Cherry Point, NC.

I intend to run age of worms, but as i'm moving soon, I would be unable to finish, and first I want to run my players through all the adventures involved in the prophecies. If I include the Shackled city AP, I should be ready in time for the new millenium. :(

I'm running 6 players in Chicago. I've set it in Eberron with a lot of modification. My group just set out from Blackwall Keep, which in my campaign is on the border of Droaam.

I was just wondering how many people are playing some version of the Age of Worms campaign at the same time? I wonder if anyone at Paizo has an estimate?

I know that I DM the game here in Portland Oregon with 5 other players for a total of 6 people altogether.

Anyone have any stats or estimates?

When I finally start this game, which is at least two campaigns away, I will have 11 players. It is such an incredible headache at times, but I don't trust my players not to swap information among themselves between games, and I'm the only DM in my group willing to run. I've got another player running us through the Eberron Modules, and it's fun so far, but his game jumped from 4 players to 9 in about two hours. Besides, he had too much fun playing in the last AP, and is really looking forward to playing in this one.

Any DM's in Norfolk, VA? I could use help!

Holy....

ELEVEN players.

Heheh, assuming some cohorts, animal companions, familiars, and a paladin mount or two, that's a helluva lot of calvary coming at the baddies. I tip my hat to you.

It looks like out Age of Worms campaign here in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area (actually Jenison) will get underway with three players in February, so you can add four more to the tally.

Is anyone actually making a count here?

At any rate, i've got two groups- One that just meets on every 2nd & 4 th Saturday of the month thats got seven players and myself ( expecting to add a new guy on the 28th. BTW- we're well into the Wispering Cairn.

And another group that has remained at 9 player characters for almost three years now. These guys meet every Tuesday night and will be starting the WC on the first game night in Feb. They keep me busy.

Running five (sometimes 6) through (plus me) in Gainesville, FL.
Edit: In greyhawk...
