Black jug?

I've got the SCHC and have been going over the NPCs and have found an item I don't recognize.

Slouva has an item called a black jug, can anyone tell me what it is?

It's essentially like Murlynd's Spoon but produces a much greater amount of gruel on a daily basis. The specific details are found on p337 of the SCHC.
